Just opened a five pack of my favorite air freshener and wondered where that strange smell was coming from because it wasn’t lavender and camomile. It doesn’t smell like lavender at all. They have been thrown in the trash. Please, please bring back the way it was before.

I have used the SAME Lavender refills for over ten years but this last refill package smells TOTALLY different and I hate it. I thought maybe ingot thebwrong thing so i ordered another pack online, but NOPE, it's a different smell entirely. I loved how the old fragrance actually smelled like REAL Lavender, now this mix is overly sweet and floral rather than the original Lavender. AIR WICK PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK bc we already have a plethora of sweet flower smells. I'm really disappointed :(

So disappointed in the new smell, it’s terrible. I’ve used the old lavender chamomile for YEARS and it was such a distinct smell everyone knew my home and the smell. This new smell y’all changed to is disgusting and can not be tolerated plugged in for more than a few hours before having to unplug it. Will Airwick go back to the original scent? I see every single person on every review site has made similar comments. Not one person has said they love the change. Why did it it change anyhow?? Hopefully Airwick can make the original again!! Please!!!

Why on earth did you change this? I had in the past bought 5-packs of refills, but I'm lucky that this time I only bought a 2-pack because the scent has drastically changed and is now just awful. Used for 1 night on the smallest opening it was not only a bad scent but way too strong. I'll put the the used bottle back in the pack and give it to Habitat for Humanity. I'll keep the plug-in unit for a while, but I'm not interested in trying any of the other scents at this time. I'll have to look elsewhere for an acceptable lavender.

I dont know what from my childhood smelt like this, but omg!!! It reminds me of my childhood... I love the smelll!!! It's different! I like the original smell, but I like this one more... It has a stronger smell... Perfect for a house of 7 people!!! Lasts longer!!!

I recently tried Airwick plug in essential oils in lavender and chamomile and I have to say i love the smell. It's calming, relaxing and smells like heaven. If you need to relax after a hard day I suggest a cup of hot cocoa, I book and THIS plug in near you. It really promotes relaxation and just helps with all of that daily stress. I bought a few more and have them all over my house now. With 360-degree scent and lasting for up to 60 days I really got my money's worth.

What is so wrong with plain lavender? Be a pioneer and bring back the pure fragrance. The changed fragrance is beyond awful. After using the lavender plug-in for over 10yrs, I tried to be open-minded with this scent combo. It’s a hard NO. There are no other plain lavender scents on the market that stand up to Air Wick’s old scent. Please consider bringing it back.

I’ve bought this for decades. There was an update to the scent a few years back that was just as bad. Airwick then brought the original scent back. In the last year or so, the scent is changed again. Please just bring back the original that we all loved. This new one stinks.

I’m so disappointed that the scent has changed!! I’ve been using this product for years and have always recommended it to others who love it as well. The new smell is totally different and just too strong. Had to unplug it :( please consider changing back to the old smell or at least make it available to purchase!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy these Air Wick Scented Oil Air Freshener refills in Lavender & Chamomile scent. The scent is very lovely and lasts longer than most other scented oil brands I've tried. I like using them to help freshen up our bathrooms and laundry room since that's where I keep our litter box and they seem to do a nice job keeping the rooms smelling pleasant. This 5 pack is especially nice because I have extra refills available when one runs out or if I want to spread them around the house. I think these definitely work better for smaller to medium sized rooms, but if you have a larger room you could always use a couple in different corners if you wanted to.
