i’ve gotten several cordless stick vacuums, and by far this one has been the best one. It’s easy to use and lightweight. The only thing that I don’t like is that it doesn’t come with a wall mount which I have to purchase separately, it takes a little longer than I expect to charge, and I have approximately 1800 square-foot house and I can’t get the whole house done before the battery dies. It does work for what I need it for and if I need it for my low Carpets, I turn it on turbo and it works fine for the pet hair. When you’re using just the handheld for smaller things like upholstery or stairs it does seem a little heavy because of the tank but other than that, it’s lightweight.

It didn't come with any hanger or any way to store it so I have to actually lay it down long ways so it doesn't fall over or get knocked down. It has decent suction and I like the attachments but no way to store it would've definitely been a deal breaker for me if I would have known. The battery life is also ridiculously short and takes forever to charge as well as having to remove the entire battery every time to charge.

This sweeper is very lightweight. It took maybe two minutes to assemble it and it has nice accessories. I needed it to use only on a hard surface flooring and it’s perfect for that. I don’t know how well it would do on thick carpet. It is very easy to empty the canister and to clean out. The cordless feature is great and the battery only takes a few minutes to charge and holds charge well.

I really wanted this vacuum but definitely wasn’t expecting to get one which looked used. Return it for a refund and ordered a second one. It came and parts was missing out of it to. I decided to keep it, but it is heavier than I thought it would be. I had a cordless shark for years, thought this Bissell would be great. Will use it for a while to see how it works then review it then

The only thing keeping me from giving this 5 stars is the fact that you have to buy a wall mount for it separately. All of my past cordless vacuums have come with a charging station. With this vacuum, you have to take the battery off and charge it. So I have the vacuum propped up against a wall while this takes place. Advertisements showed a wall mount. Not included.

I like it ok I guess. It just stops so quick when going over carpet because the filter stick so far into the catch container that you must stop or it will stop you and you ‘ll have to empty it so offen because it will shut down because the machine thinks it’s full and has to be emptied. It really gets annoying at times when it shuts down and it doesn’t show full container.

this was def a waste of money. no real power. it worked good maybe the first few times. After that I had to unclog alot amd all i cleaned was my area rug and floors. many times the dirt would come right back out. i got so frustrated and just stopped using. not enough suction power. so disappointed

This was super easy to put together and is very light. Works well on my hardwood floors and carpet. We have a larger home %26 the battery needs to be charged VERY frequently, so I barely get one use if I am using it for my entire house. I mostly use it for the quick cleanups and then use my corded or robot vacuum for the more in-depth cleans :)

The filter needs to be wiped off every time in order to keep suction. Battery does not last long on a full charge. Doesn’t get close to vacuuming a 2500 sq ft house without dying. Takes a long time to re charge. It is very light and works well on stairs and hard floors. Best for a small house or apartment

This model did not come with all of the features like the wall mounting. It makes up for it with the suction that it has and the light weight which is a godsend. It was able to pick up small wood chips and trackednin dirt from a low pile basement carpet very well.
