It was good, but not great

I bought 3 different cordless stick vacuums, all around $150- a Shark Pet IX141, this Bissell Powerlifter 3789X, and a Black %26 Decker Powerseries Max. I tried them all and these are my comparisons: Battery life: I tested all three using the main floor attachment. The Shark lasted the longest at 27 minutes. Bissell was 18 minutes, B%26D was 13 minutes. Supposedly using the handheld attachments, the battery life will last longer, but I didn’t test that. Features: All three vacuums had the same attachments for the most part; the main floor head, a crevice tool, and a brush tool. The B%26D came with a wall mount, which I liked, but the other two did not. I liked that the Bissell and B%26D both had removable batteries, so that was a strike against the Shark. Ease of use: The Bissell was very lightweight and easy to push. The dust cup is easily removable, but a little on the small side. The Shark felt the heaviest in my hand of the three while vacuuming. However, it does seem to have the largest dust cup, and a more powerful motor, so I thought those made the extra weight worth it. Over all, while I liked some of the features in the Bissell, i decided to go with the Shark. It had the best performance with the battery life and suction power. The Bissell was returned to the store.

BISSELL® PowerForce® XR Cordless Stick Vacuum

I bought this because of the reviews. This is why I like to leave a review to help others. One of the best vacuums I’ve owned. I have no complaints at all. Works like they claim, battery life is great very good suction for all types of floors. Handles very well. Glad I found this one. I did own a Dyson, they are great, the only problem with Dyson, it’s near impossible to get a new battery for them. Knockoff’s on Amazon, again they last if lucky a year. And I don’t use it for much, so the battery should last me years. I’ll never buy another Dyson. The batteries died very quickly. Not worth the price.

A lot of deal breakers. Find something else.

It didn't come with any hanger or any way to store it so I have to actually lay it down long ways so it doesn't fall over or get knocked down. It has decent suction and I like the attachments but no way to store it would've definitely been a deal breaker for me if I would have known. The battery life is also ridiculously short and takes forever to charge as well as having to remove the entire battery every time to charge.

Parts missing

I really wanted this vacuum but definitely wasn’t expecting to get one which looked used. Return it for a refund and ordered a second one. It came and parts was missing out of it to. I decided to keep it, but it is heavier than I thought it would be. I had a cordless shark for years, thought this Bissell would be great. Will use it for a while to see how it works then review it then

ZERO SUCTION

This thing sucks! I was treating myself and this ended up being a flop! It's really nice quality at first glance but doesn't pick up barely anything. I used it one time for about 10 mins and noticed it was kind of just pushing stuff around. But wanted to give it a decent try. I even tried turning up the suction setting. It picks up very minimal. I tried it again today and noticed it wasn't picking up anything. I checked the bottom and tube to make there wasn't any piece I forgot to take off. But there was a collection of dog hair and dust blocking the tube. It's almost impossible to get out of one end or the other and it was very minimal for the vacuum to suck up.

Best vacuum ever!

This is one of my favorite vacuum! It’s not expensive and works very well. And what I like about it is that it can turn to handheld so you can vacuum your car. It’s lightweight and strong! Will keep ordering this vacuum again! I recommend for everyone who’s looking for an inexpensive but great vacuum!

Good vacuum for your money

I’ve only used this vacuum twice since I’ve purchased it. Overall I really like it. I find all the attachments useful and I like that is also doubles as a handheld. The only downside is the battery doesn’t last very long and it takes a few hours to recharge. I would still recommend.

I understand it's for light cleaning, therefore I would expect it to pick up dust particles. Not a lot just minor dust particles. This doesn't do that without multiple rollovers or holding onto but it will also spit it out. Not a lot but then again you didn't vacuum a lot up. I figured maybe it is still too much considering sqft so I gave it to my son and daughter-in-law for their camper. Same issues. It's just not a great vacuum. They do not mind it because it does pick up it just doesn't do fine or tiny things well. Also during shut off allow a second shut off, while stationary, to allow everything to go up into the stick, otherwise something will fall when you lift it.

Don’t waste your time

I was so excited to get this, times are tough and we just can not afford the nicer ones. So seeing this I immediately had to get it, to help make clean up a little easier. First, the manual says “what’s in the box?” And lists a bunch of other items that are not included so I thought that I was missing parts. I got all of the way to the store to return %26 see that the flap of the box lists what’s in the box… At this point I am annoyed beyond belief. I get back home, get it together and the thing doesn’t even suck up . It kept dumping it all out as soon as I turned the vacuum off. I needed up returning this not worth the headache or bigger mess it makes

Great purchase

I was looking for a handheld vacuum to use in my main room that is not carpeted since I hate sweeping everyday. This vacuum is lightweight and easy to use. Has great suction for a small vacuum. The battery life is good and allows me to do lots of spot cleaning before I need to recharge it.
