I really wanted this vacuum but definitely wasn’t expecting to get one which looked used. Return it for a refund and ordered a second one. It came and parts was missing out of it to. I decided to keep it, but it is heavier than I thought it would be. I had a cordless shark for years, thought this Bissell would be great. Will use it for a while to see how it works then review it then

Usually bissell is very good for getting my dogs hair off my area rug. This one is horrible, plus the battery does not last long, 10 mins at the most. There is no difference between the second and third speeds. It was okay for the hardwood in my house, still had to go over the area multiple times thats after i had to let the battery charge for hours in between uses. Will be returning

I understand it's for light cleaning, therefore I would expect it to pick up dust particles. Not a lot just minor dust particles. This doesn't do that without multiple rollovers or holding onto but it will also spit it out. Not a lot but then again you didn't vacuum a lot up. I figured maybe it is still too much considering sqft so I gave it to my son and daughter-in-law for their camper. Same issues. It's just not a great vacuum. They do not mind it because it does pick up it just doesn't do fine or tiny things well. Also during shut off allow a second shut off, while stationary, to allow everything to go up into the stick, otherwise something will fall when you lift it.

It was a great price, is lighted to highlight dust and dirt, easy to use and charge, has decent suction, and for the price, exceeded my expectations. Can be charged in a regular outlet without having to hang a wall charger. Everything I wanted without spending a fortune.

So i bought this in hopes it would clean my two rugs in my house. YES 2 RUGS. Small rugs at that. This item barkey works. Battery runs dry after 30 mins of using. It doesnt suck up anything unless I press the container into the tube and hold it down. Its not worth 100$. The 30$ vaccum works better than this thing. DONT WAISTE YOUR MONEY.

I wanted a quick cordless vacuum for daily vacuuming of my hardwood floors. This serves its purpose well. My only suggestion for improvement is that Bissell works on making it a lighter weight. It honestly is a little heavy and my arm sometimes hits the display to increase or decrease the level. I purchased this after I bought a cheaper more lightweight (Homeika) one and used it twice before it stopped working.

Very light and easy to use vacuuming with my huskies hair and also cat litter it does really really well picking it up. The only thing that kind of sucked was it was missing the wall mount and the smaller spinner piece. Otherwise it’s a great vacuum for small apartments.

this was def a waste of money. no real power. it worked good maybe the first few times. After that I had to unclog alot amd all i cleaned was my area rug and floors. many times the dirt would come right back out. i got so frustrated and just stopped using. not enough suction power. so disappointed

Love the lights on this vacuum, easy to see all the debris and hair! Suction power could definitely be stronger, I’m having to go over the same spot a couple of times. If it’s not at full charge and turbo mode, you might as well not vacuum. Chargers a little longer than expected. Overall, good for houses without a lot of mess (cats, dogs, etc).

Good quality vacuum at reasonable price. Easy to assemble and install. Good suction. Light and easy to carry out for various vacuuming needs. Easy to clean. Only issue is the light on the battery charger is concealed when the unit is charging while hanging.
