I was so excited to get this, times are tough and we just can not afford the nicer ones. So seeing this I immediately had to get it, to help make clean up a little easier. First, the manual says “what’s in the box?” And lists a bunch of other items that are not included so I thought that I was missing parts. I got all of the way to the store to return %26 see that the flap of the box lists what’s in the box… At this point I am annoyed beyond belief. I get back home, get it together and the thing doesn’t even suck up . It kept dumping it all out as soon as I turned the vacuum off. I needed up returning this not worth the headache or bigger mess it makes

Love the vacuum for household cleaning. The headlights and removable battery are the reasons for my purchase; very helpful for using under furniture. The dust cup could be larger; had to use a chopstick to remove lingering dust which got wedged near the filter chamber. The crevice tool could be longer for car use (around seats). Works well on lower speed; higher speed draws the battery down quicker. The pick-up process at the store left me annoyed. I was made aware that I had to download the app to my phone, then notify staff upon arrival to the designated area for my purchase. I WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS PROCESS; WHERE IS STATED ON THE WEBSITE? I never order merchandise for pick-up and I don't need another app.. The sales associate did retrieve my purchase and escorted me to the exit. She was pleasant and accommodating while explaining this new process.

You did not have the suctioning power as expected the battery dies in under 20 minutes doesn’t give you the full 30 minutes of vacuuming. It does not do as well as a plug-in conventional regular vacuum, but that’s just my opinion. A broom and dustpan would probably be the best option.

I love this vacuum. I had the Dyson v8 and this is a way better vacuum. It has a great battery life and doesn’t lose suction randomly. It also has a low profile so it fits under my couches and chairs. I can’t recommend this enough. My parents just bought one after using mine.

It barely fell and hit the ground and wouldn’t work again. Then it won’t even stand on its own you have to prop it against something hoping it won’t fall over. I feel like if you make a vacuum like this you should include a stand to make sure it won’t fall over and quit working

Absolutely love this thing! I’ve had it for a month now and use it daily. The battery lasts long enough to do the job and it’s lightweight and easy to maneuver around. I love that it’s cordless and the dirt cup is easy to empty. I wish it had a way to stand upright or hang on the wall, but other than that it’s perfect.

I bought this because of the reviews. This is why I like to leave a review to help others. One of the best vacuums I’ve owned. I have no complaints at all. Works like they claim, battery life is great very good suction for all types of floors. Handles very well. Glad I found this one. I did own a Dyson, they are great, the only problem with Dyson, it’s near impossible to get a new battery for them. Knockoff’s on Amazon, again they last if lucky a year. And I don’t use it for much, so the battery should last me years. I’ll never buy another Dyson. The batteries died very quickly. Not worth the price.

Complete waste of money. I used it once and had to give up. The battery takes FOREVER to charge and then it doesn’t even last long. Barely picked up anything on the carpet. It wouldn’t collect in the canister and would fall back out. I returned it asap!

good little vacuum but battery life stinks. it did not come with wall mount and the filter has three things to do before you can empty it. if you hit one of the buttons before the other button, dirt goes everywhere. ugh. not gonna lie, expexted better from bissell.

Two speeds and picked this up for 99.99 and works well. My old issue is there is not a good what to physically store it. I have had previous stick vacs that either stand upright on their own or comes with a mount that you can hang from the wall. this will do neither. you have to prop it up in a corner hoping that it would fall.
