It was a great price, is lighted to highlight dust and dirt, easy to use and charge, has decent suction, and for the price, exceeded my expectations. Can be charged in a regular outlet without having to hang a wall charger. Everything I wanted without spending a fortune.

I understand it's for light cleaning, therefore I would expect it to pick up dust particles. Not a lot just minor dust particles. This doesn't do that without multiple rollovers or holding onto but it will also spit it out. Not a lot but then again you didn't vacuum a lot up. I figured maybe it is still too much considering sqft so I gave it to my son and daughter-in-law for their camper. Same issues. It's just not a great vacuum. They do not mind it because it does pick up it just doesn't do fine or tiny things well. Also during shut off allow a second shut off, while stationary, to allow everything to go up into the stick, otherwise something will fall when you lift it.

This thing sucks! I was treating myself and this ended up being a flop! It's really nice quality at first glance but doesn't pick up barely anything. I used it one time for about 10 mins and noticed it was kind of just pushing stuff around. But wanted to give it a decent try. I even tried turning up the suction setting. It picks up very minimal. I tried it again today and noticed it wasn't picking up anything. I checked the bottom and tube to make there wasn't any piece I forgot to take off. But there was a collection of dog hair and dust blocking the tube. It's almost impossible to get out of one end or the other and it was very minimal for the vacuum to suck up.

It barely fell and hit the ground and wouldn’t work again. Then it won’t even stand on its own you have to prop it against something hoping it won’t fall over. I feel like if you make a vacuum like this you should include a stand to make sure it won’t fall over and quit working

I've had it for about 4 or 5 days now. I initially purchased the Hart cordless vacuum but it was out of stock. even though I was able to order it. Walmart should really fix that bc it's annoying. Anyways. The bissel It was easy to put together. Its very light. Not heavy at all. It works great at vacuuming. Suction is fine. I was able to vacuum dog food(I have a toy poodle) (Pedigree small dog food) I did notice on hardwood I don't like the sound and feel of the wheels. Seems like it doesn't move but it does if that makes sense. It doesnt glide. I've yet to use the high power option even though I keep accidentally turning it on. I was able to vacuum my kitchen, Laundry, downstairs bathroom, hallway, living room, and half of stairs(carpet). The battery died after that. I have a 2 bdrm 1.5 bath townhome. I'm not actually sure the full charge time. But it doesnt take too long to charge in my opinion. After it charged I vacuumed upstairs bedrooms and hallway(carpet), then bathroom. I love the handheld for quick messes, baseboards, and cob webs. I actually love it and will be keeping it!

Overall this is a good, easy to use vacuum. My only complaint is the battery does not last very long. I will be lucky to get two rooms done and then so is the battery. I saw the previous reviews saying the same and it is disappointing that the battery won't hold a charge longer.

Good quality vacuum at reasonable price. Easy to assemble and install. Good suction. Light and easy to carry out for various vacuuming needs. Easy to clean. Only issue is the light on the battery charger is concealed when the unit is charging while hanging.

I'm incredibly when it comes to tools for cleaning around the house, and the size, weight, cleaning power, run time, is probably better than anything I've ever used at this price point. I constantly tell my coworkers that I'm addicted to using it, and I really am. If you're in the market for an easy to use machine, this is for you. It comes with attachments, and the charger lays flat when the battery is charging, which is exactly how I i like it. I've used machines in the past with vertical standing chargers and it's just not what I want. This is honestly my favorite purchase of 2024 so far, and anyone that buys this will tell you the same. Bissell for life!

The battery doesn't last long enough to finish my floors. I was vacuuming for 12 minutes and the battery died. It was fully charged when I started. I let the battery charge overnight a second time. The charger light indicated it was fully charged and it still only lasted about 10 minutes

If you need exercise and enjoy constantly re-charging batteries, then this vacuum is for you. It will push dirt all over the house for about 20 minutes until the battery dies. It did live up to the tangle-free roller promise. Probably because it doesn’t pick much of anything up.
