[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I was skeptical that the Lexie B1 Plus Hearing Aids would help me - and I was so wrong. I have a mild hearing loss combined with tinnitus. They haven't helped with the tinnitus but they have definitely helped with my hearing loss. Even my wife has commented on how much better my hearing is (I don't have to ask her to repeat herself as much). Also, it has helped in large meeting rooms to hear the speakers talking. They are easy to set up and use. The app is simple and effective. I am so glad I took the plunge and got them.

Self charging in a beautiful compact case. Impressive. A blessing for people who suffer hearing loss as they age. Im thinking about getting another set; they are so well designed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my third pair of hearing aids and by far the best yet as far as hearing conversations. I have previously had the Lexi Bose B1 and a ridiculously expensive Oticom set. My ability to hear conversations is good and the ability to switch to forward is very useful in a noisy restaurant. My only complaint and the reason I gave them 4 and not 5 stars is I get a feedback screetch if my hands or arms get to close to my hearing aids. I didn’t have that issue with a Oticom’s but I had a significantly more difficult time getting conversations. The tradeoff is well worth it.

The app was really helpful in setting them up for the first time, and they have really made a difference for me in the few weeks I've been wearing them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once you have it installed, you forget them. They are comfortable and discreet. The sound improvement is good, but I would take more equalizing adjustment than only a Bass-Trebble parameter. You have to change your habits of placing your arms behind the head because of feedback noise. They are also difficult to put on with only one hand.

So simple to use, but amazing quality. I love how I can adjust and fine tune to meet my needs in that moment. My only complaint is that the app doesn't accurately log when and how long I am using them. This is only a disadvantage when it comes to earning rewards.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went to an audiologist for a hearing test and found out i had a severe loss of high frequency sounds. I wanted to try a OTC aid as i believed that prescription ones were over priced. I looked at a lot of OTC versions and decided on Lexie for its features and association with Bose hardware. I received the aids quickly and had no troubles getting them up and running. The hearing test that the aids perform matched my audiologist results quite well. Im still learning how i need to set up the preset setting options but have found that the Bluetooth app allows me to adjust them for various settings. Overall i am very happy with these aids and even though i was diagnosed with severe loss at higher frequency’s these aids have plenty of adjustment and range that really helps me hear and understand the TV and grandchildren without turning up the volume loud and asking folks to repeat many many times over a evening of conversation. I would have rated them as a 5 rating if they had a true equalizer adjustment capability from the app.

The next part of my review doesn't affect my rating of the product. However, I do wish there was two-way communication with this product, as well as better video and music quality. These hearing aids are good, but for the price, they should definitely have more features.
