The charging case should have its own battery so as to give a charge without plugging it in. This would facilitate those long days with out being able to plug it in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lexie B2 Plus has been a lifesaver for me as I manage mild hearing loss. I love the way they fit, how easy they are to clean and maintain, the wonderful Lexie support, and the ability to pair it with the Lexie app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the Lexie 2 plus. 2 weeks and I love them. I had pair from an Audiologist that I paid 2500 for did not like them. I’ve ordered at least two other over-the-counter hearing aids and neither one of them worked for me. Then I saw these powered by Bose and I knew Bose is a good name in speakers, etc. so I thought why not Try them. Mine are over the ear, but they’re not real noticeable. The actual hearing aid is down in the air and just the wire at least flat against the Ear. I have been a week and couldn’t figure out how to get them on the Bluetooth on the phone. My hearing was great without the Bluetooth, but I thought I should try to get it since it was part of the hearing aids. So I called and I gentleman walked me through everything and it took a long time for me to figure it out cause I’m 84 years old, but he stayed with me on the phone so I have them on the phone change the volume anytime I want to and I have needed to do that several times. Which I could not do with the other hearing aids that I tried before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased Lexie B2 hearing aids for my wife after having her hearing tested and trialing another brand during a vendor event. She was amazed by the difference it made having hearing aids and was suprised at the amount of sound she had been missing. Unfortunately, the hearing aids at the vendor booth were significantly more. I had to do something, I found the Lexie hearing aids online and decided to try them. Following the purchase, we installed the app. They were easy to setup and had several features that the competitor hearing aids that we demoed did not have. Wife is very happy to hear again and loves being able to stream calls and music to her new hearing aids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These hearing aids are fantastic. I have equal bilateral loss. As soon as I put these in, it was like magic. They were not hard to configure insofar as volume a bass/treble. My wife loves them more than I. I have not said “huh, what’s that, or say again” since I put them in. They are also great for the tv. I can actually discern voices without the neighbors complaining about my tv volume. Thank you Lexie and Bose!

They improved my hearing and functioned as high-fidelity earphones that allowed me to enjoy music from my iPhone. The sound is so crisp and clear. The ability to fine-tune the volume and bass/treble is a huge plus. My only minor complaint is that the hearing aids tend to turn off and disconnect randomly from my iPhone.

They have made a difference in my life daily. Overall they and the app. are intuitive to use and was simple to understand. Have had intermittent connection issues to my iPhone, experiencing static or one channel cutting out on calls or audio driving directions.

Good value but not given enough space for a full review. Value is very good. iPhone interface is good. Battery life is good. Feedback management is only fair even with double domes. Directionality is fair. Voice algorithm is fair. Noise reduction is fair and given the Bose technology I expected better. Performance in most situations is ok. Outside in nature, they are good. More frequency channels are needed to better adjust the instruments to the individuals hearing situation. Just a tone control is inadequate. I alternate them with my high-end prescription hearing aids to give my prescription hearing aids a chance to dry out. .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A step up from the Lexie B2 but still lacking strong BT connection and distance and it would be nice to pause your music streaming from the hearing aids. The charging case is cumbersome because it doesn't hold an independent charge and I was sadly disappointed in the carry case. The size is deceiving. At first sight, it looks roomy and can carry all kinds of accessories but it contains a hollow out compartment that you have to disconnect the charging cable to seat the charge box and holds little else.
