I love this set, but I was very confused by the 100 pink frogs. I chose to use pick-a-brick to obtain some pink flowers since they don't have the leaves in the correct shade I wanted, and used said flowers instead of the frogs. I also did half the tree green and half the tree white. The best thing is that this set can be easily adapted to your preferences. It looks great, and I still enjoy it.

As always, Legos are top notch in quality and finished product. My only complaint is that when the printed instructions show a dark piece, instead of using white ink as a contrast, sometimes (but not always) the instructions have printed black on top of a blue or dark colored Lego piece, making it very difficult to identify exactly what the piece is. This applies mostly to the tabs parts on any given piece. Other than that - love this little tree!

I bought this for Christmas in 2021 and though my boyfriend built it without me he found it to be a very good way to spend Christmas. It took him about two hours, about an hour of which was spent on the leaves (in the pink variant; there are many of them with tedious pieces). 10/10 would gift again and makes a great gift for young adults. Also works incredibly well to decorate a small nook or bookshelf.

This set is absolutely gorgeous, and I love that it came with both green and pink options. I personally like the pink one much more, but the green one is cute as well. I also appreciated that the instruction booklet had different ideas for different ways you could decorate the tree, without the pieces that come with the set.

Building this took me way longer than it needed to mainly due to how fragile the design is. After getting close to the end multiple times, the trunk would fall apart and it would set me back another 10 minutes. However, after finally finishing it, I am very happy with the way it looks.

As a bonsai enthusiast, I had to buy this on day one. It was very fun and relaxing to put together, and unlike my other trees, very easy to care for! Both versions look great and I plan to switch them out as the seasons change. After following the instructions, I created my own version to create a better, more realistic bonsai shape.

What I really enjoy about this build is it's not something that is going to be stagnant. This is a build that can be modified and changed to your liking. I really love that it comes with a frog army and personally with the two variants of trees I did a combination of the two to give it a pop.

I'm sure the pieces themselves are intact and this will be a great Lego build, but the box I received was badly damaged. It looks like someone stepped on it or tried to fold it in half. The shipping box it was in was fine, so it was shipped like this. Was going to be a gift, but I'm not so sure now.

I did not realize there were pink frogs. I bought this to create a cherry blossom bonsai. Frogs were creeping me out, so we mixed green and fuchsia flowers to create what's on the picture. We like it a lot. It is now displayed on our dresser. Thank you Lego for creating something for adults to build and enjoy!
