Love the griddle! This is the second blackstone I've owned and had to buy a new regulator for each before I could even use it.

Having burner problems already. Only seasoned and used once. The third burners is getting air to hit and flaming up a little and turning red

We’ve only used it a handful of times but it has exceeded our expectations already. We cannot wait to use it all summer!

This is my 1st griddle and I can say that it has been the best investment. Getting to cook all different types of food outside is the best.

We use this blackstone at the station, all 3 shifts love finding new recipes to whip up for the guys and the durability is great!

I am missing several parts from the hardware pack. It was open in the box. The box had been damaged an retaped

Product is great although I was missing an acorn but delivery was awful all of the screws inside were loose and scattered throughout the box

Just got done making some smash burgers and the griddle worked amazing I don’t know if I messed up the seasoning but the first food was a success

The hard cover handles were missing the pre installed M 4x10 screws to install the handle and hooks. Otherwise assembly went well.
