Great grill for great price. Got it on sale. Had 2 previous models of this and this was a major upgrade. Sturdier construction, better wheels, stronger frame, enclosed flame to protect from wind. Like the cover (previous ones didn't have). The rear grease release is nice, previous ones had front track for grease that we had to build a piping system for. everything looks great. only issue with this design is that you can't hang the cover on the back with the grease cup on the back. The cover leans on the grease cup and bends the cup down and puts it in a slight bind. The cover hooks need to be a tad bit longer to extend the cover further out beyond the grease cup. So we will use the grease cup without the cover hanging on the back.

The griddle is beautiful. Really like the accessories that it comes with. Paper holder, bottle opener, and shelf extenders are nice to have. Best part of the whole process? Assembling the griddle. Instructions were easy to follow and most items are carefully numbered. On an assembly scale of one to ten, the experience was a five at most.

The Omnivore plate held heat like a beast and gave us edge-to-edge consistency that most grills only pretend to have. What surprised us most is how fast this thing becomes the center of the night. Everyone crowds around it. Phones come out. Videos start rolling. Suddenly you’re not “making dinner” — you’re producing content. Breakfast, smashburgers, fajitas, seafood, hibachi… this griddle makes you look like you know exactly what you’re doing even when you’re improvising. This is a whole new experience being able to cook for an army all at the same time. Huge cooking surface is awesome!

Love the new grill. Have had my other grill for over 3 years and received new grill for my birthday. Only wish my wife had ordered flip top instead of hard cover but all in all I am enjoying my new grill.

Great griddle, highly versatile and fun to cook on. Minor note that the surface of the flat top is a bit rough, but no worse than any other modern cast iorn pan. Still a great product!

I had an older Blackstone 4 burner and it never really heated hot to the outside edges. It got better with adding magnetic guard to limit wind and hold heat underneath. The new cool surface is redesigned on the bottom and over a very good improvement. Out of the box there were some rivets that needed to be repaired but I took care of it. Seems like the cool top doesn't sit completely flat on the 4 posts but not something I can't live with. Cooks great.

I was so excited to finally get myself a Blackstone. I have given several as gifts. Upon opening it, there were missing bolts and wing nuts and the heat tray rivets were missing and broken. I called and BS did sent out replacement parts, but my window to assemble had come and gone. I finally put the grill together and now one of the burners is not staying lit. Wah wah.

I'd like to leave a better review but I cannot. I cannot use my Blackstone yet bc it is missing pieces and no one will respond to my emails for me to get the pieces

The grill came broken I emailed three times to have it replaced and never heard back from the company. Dont buy this grill or any product from black stone. It was a wedding gift I sent to nephew so I was so upset. They never responded
