Just got it, so far very easy to put together, well made all around, except metal cover fells flimsy and perhaps not use full for covering while cooking

Great griddle, highly versatile and fun to cook on. Minor note that the surface of the flat top is a bit rough, but no worse than any other modern cast iorn pan. Still a great product!

I ordered mine and it got shipped. Opened the box and all needed items were there. However, I noticed a couple of metal “buttons” loose at the bottom of the box. It turns out they are rivets and three of the four broke off of the aluminum piece underneath the burners. See photos. I plan to call customer service to find out how to get that repaired or replaced. Aside from that surprise, everything else looks just like my friend’s griddle. Easy to assemble! I’m excited to use it.

We have 5 children, and this grill has been a game changer for our family. What normally took us 2-3X longer to cook can be done all at the same time! We use cast iron skillets on the stove all of the time, so this was a no brained to have a larger cooking surface to get our meals cooked. The clean up is simple, it gets us outside, and we can't get enough of our Blackstone 36" Grill. Nothing like it ??

The Product looks solid built with clear instructions to put together and excellent quality. Must have!!

Hardware package came open and missing several items. Can’t even assemble the product. Some screws already attached we’re broken.

Had a 17" portable Blackstone for years, finally for the big one for the deck. Already loving it after a few cooks of dinners and breakfasts.

The base is kinda cheaply made for what you pay and the iron top came twiced and one burner isn’t working properly out of the box
