Blackstone 4-Burner Propane Gas 36" Omnivore Griddle with Hard Cover

Lots of room to cook a ton of food. Worked great and cleanup was a breeze. Love out first Blackstone.

Trial period

Assembly went quick. A few of the rivets were busted on the heat shield, but everything else has quality construction.

Haven’t used it yet bc it’s broken on arrival. In order to register my warranty, their site is making me leave this review first.

The overall quality and design is incredible.  Blackstone grills are amazing products. I could not be happier with my purchase.

Box looked like it had been thrown out of a moving truck, it was torn open, and the screw packet was gone

No screws

We just received our Blackstone grill and are missing nuts and bolts and not just 1 or 2 but several to put together the grill

Missing items

I’ve cooked burgers, steak, and veggies on my blackstone and I regret nothing. Best purchase of the summer!! 10/10

Amazing

I am missing parts and I have a bolt that will not thread on to the wheel. 
This can be fixed. Just need the parts

Easy to install, parts are quality, just cooked hibachi for the first time last night and was delicious

Great product

I was so excited to finally get myself a Blackstone. I have given several as gifts. Upon opening it, there were missing bolts and wing nuts and the heat tray rivets were missing and broken.  I called and BS did sent out replacement parts, but my window to assemble had come and gone.  I finally put the grill together and now one of the burners is not staying lit. Wah wah.

Finally!  And dissapointing

Great grill for  great price.  Got it on sale.  Had 2 previous models of this and this was a major upgrade.  Sturdier construction, better wheels, stronger frame, enclosed flame to protect from wind.  Like the cover (previous ones didn't have).  The rear grease release is nice, previous ones had front track for grease that we had to build a piping system for.  everything looks great.  only issue with this design is that you can't hang the cover on the back with the grease cup on the back.  The cover leans on the grease cup and bends the cup down and puts it in a slight bind.  The cover hooks need to be a tad bit longer to extend the cover further out beyond the grease cup.  So we will use the grease cup without the cover hanging on the back.
