Just finished seasoning and doing my first cook and so far so good. I have a couple complaints about the hard cover. I did not receive the necessary screws to install the handles so I bought some from a local hardware store. However once I got it assembled I realized that with the grease trap at the back there is no room to hang the cover as displayed. It is a fundamental design flaw but doesn’t affect my cooking experience.

Love that received this blackstone it’s huge and can cook anything I want. I used to work at a restaurant with a flat top and it made me want to learn how to cook. It’s been 8 years since and I’m so excited to be able to cook whatever I want at my own home.

Directions need clarity for easygoing setup. Packaged item when opened had loose screws needed for setup with no reference pictures to compare proper screws,washers etc. Missing cover screws and left side front shelf hole for screws not properly drilled for easy assembly.

Have been using it almost daily since purchased and it’s a love/hate relationship. First off, setup was easy. Took a bit longer than it says but I did it solo and do not like reading instructions. (PSA: Read the instructions!) IMO, the design could be better but if you want something that’s going to blow your mind, you’ll need to spend a bit more. This is a great first for someone new to the griddle life. Clean up is super easy, finding the hot spots is even easier. Overall, it’s a great unit for beginners! 10/10 I would purchase again!

My only complaint is that the box came pretty beat up. The screws were all opened and fell through the whole box, so I had to dig through everything to find the screws, pins, and washers. Also, I've never found the handle screws from the direction. It said the screws pre-installed in the hardcover handle to attach two the (2) hardcover handles and (2) hardcover hooks to the hardcover. I also found the rivets on the lower silver metal panal, underneath were broken off. Overall, I've only made a couple of burgers on it so far and it was awesome. Thank you much for your products.

I’ve always been hesitant to purchase a Blackstone since we already had a grill with a griddle insert. But waking up on Fathers Day with an Omnivore in the garage was a pleasant surprise. From putting it together to seasoning, everything has been super easy and convenient. I’m cooking the next days lunch for work while making the family meal. I love this thing. I’d give it five stars but they left out the M4x10 screws to connect the hard cover handles and hooks to the hard cover.

Delivered today in good condition. Unfortunately the M4x10 bolts that were supposed to be with the cover handle were missing. Everything else was there, and assembly was simple. Looking forward to seasoning it and using it, just a little frustrated that some of the hardware was missing.

Black stone looks nice ! The components are not labeled well and the black stone is pretty uneven. As much as I loved recieveing my FIRST Blackstone! ... my boyfriend who helped assemble was more concerned with the level of the product. He spent the next hour researching - leveling blackstones and was disappointed.

I received the Blackstone grill and found that the hardware component package was missing 50 % of the nuts and bolts. No phone number er....no response to email and registration. I have not had something like this happen before. The "quick" repsonse....is not thus far.

The initial lid was bent beyond usage, second lid was also bent, and we had to improvise to make it work. The location of the propane tank does not allow any room for the left side surface to fold down, therefore the Blackstone cover does not work. NOT happy at all.
