[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge for the extra feature of the craft ice maker. It started making noises like loud rumbles. The tech came out and tried to fix it. It’s not working so a new craft ice maker is being ordered. Frustrating as the price was high and expectations were not met.

I love my LG refrigerator with craft ice ice. It did break down and I was without a refrigerator for 3 weeks living out of an ice chest.. I lost all of my food, meats, fish ,chicken, Ice cream etc in the freezer and most things in the top of refrigerator. LG folks told me they would give me A check to help with the loss of all the food . It wasn't very much Since I had a lot of meat and items in the freezer. So I was not very happy about that and waiting 3 weeks

We have had nothing but issues with this refrigerator and as of this writing we are still waiting for another compressor, condenser, evaporator and dryer. We haven’t been able to use it since the second week of November.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying the new LG refrigerator. The craft ice is great. It will hold ice water in insulated cup all day along with any other beverage. It holds so much and keeps thing easy to organize. I love the snack drawer for fruit and snacks along with the drink door which we use both all the time. The water and ice in the door works great for large or small containers which make light work of filtered water for coffee makers or mixing up 2 qt of ice tea. Lastly the freezer is budge which is always a plus. The only thing tat was troublesome was getting adjusted to a new layout in the main refrigerator space but now I have it down and it is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so excited about the new frig. Unfortunately, only worked for 7 weeks. We have been without a working frig for over two months. Multiple repairs. Still not cooling. Splurged on top of the line--got a big box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my refrigerator almost a month and I absolutely love it!! The door in door is great for our most used items, including my grandson’s snacks, for easy access! There is so much space! The filter in the door doesn’t take away from space in the refrigerator either. The fact that you can choose between more freezer space or more refrigerator space with the drawer is amazing! i could have lived without the craft ice but since I have it, that too has been a big hit! Not only does my human family love it, but so do my fur babies. They can play and hydrate at the same time. Haha I honestly don’t have a negative thing to say about it!!

Read some bad reviews before I bought this refrigerator, and some good ones too. Have had this unit since October and so far has performed flawlessly, even the craft ice maker.read where some people had a problem with the craft ice maker being to noisy or not functioning. At first it didn’t make ice for 2-3 days but according to the manual the freezer temp must be set at -4 degrees. Once I did that craft ice started and hasn’t quit. Also not noisy at all. Don’t even know when ice drops but it won’t overload the ice bin. You can hear when the water reservoir fills but it only takes a few seconds. The refrigerator is a little pricy compared to some others but great features and well worth the extra cost so far. The right hand door in a door is a great feature without having to open the main door to access things like milk or condiments stored on the shelves. Very satisfied at this point but will post again if things change

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a refrigerator a stove and a dishwasher all matching LG appliances top end. Had the refrigerator for three months the compressor went out sent to different repair guys they had no idea how to fix it they could diagnose the problem but had no ability to repair the refrigerator. We liked several of the bells and whistle‘s on the refrigerator but if it won’t cool it might as will be an ice chest. Stove and dishwasher another story haven’t had any problems with either of them.

We have plenty of room in this refrigerator. It is easy to keep clean. I love having the middle drawer. We put everything from cheese to wine to pies in there. It is great having the freezer on the bottom. It is easy to find food and store items of various sizes. The only problem we have is the craft ice maker. It broke after about 1 year. According to the tech, this is expected. They have revised the ice maker and reinstalled the new one in our freezer. That was 5 days ago and still no ice. On the positive side, LG was quick to send out a tech the first time. Hopefully the tech will come out quickly a second time.

EspeciLly the craft ice and dual ice makers, the split door, oversized thru the door water and ice maker, the lighting, huge capacity and beautiful exterior. EVERYTHING is operating perfectly. Thermostats are dead on and the convert a drawer is outstanding in its ability to be serfs a freezer or refrigerator.
