When we started to use it I was a little dissapointed that the temperature showing was the set temperature not what the actual temperature was in the refrigerator was.I thought it was a little odd that it took almost 24 hours to start making ice and 48 hours to start making craft ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this refrigerator in Oct and waited until December 31 for delivery. It was well worth the wait. The unit is roomy, stylish, has all the features one could want. And a great value for the money

First, let me say i love this refrigerator, however, I did buy it for the craft ice. I have owned it for two years and just had my 3rd craft ice maker replaced. I bought the extended warranty so i'm not out $$ but I love the craft ice and I just want it to work. My giant mastiff wants it to work too. She is soooo disappointed when I go to the fridge and there is no ice ball...only the little ice.

I have to stop getting a fridge with an icemaker in the door. I had confidence that LG had figured this out, but our icemaker hasn’t worked from day one. Had the whole icemaker replaced and no good, waiting for appliance repairman to com back tomorrow and see why it still doens’t work. So frustrated. Craft ice works really well and everything else about this fridge is super great, but the icemaker issue is still such a bummer.

My wife and I really like our new refrigerator. Love the door in door feature. The only thing that I'm not super thrilled about is the ice and water dispenser. It seems like you have to push a button to wake up the refrigerator, then push the same button again to switch to that selection. You cannot switch selections midstream either. Like if you are dispensing ice and want to switch to water, you have to pull the cup away push the button and then put the cup back in the dispenser.

I recently bought this, it has been wonderful! The inside capacity is great for a family of 4. I love the sphere (craft) ice,l. The only thing I wish that the is that the ice capacity if the regular ice it makes was more. We full up one 32 oz cup alf way and that's it no more ice for a few hours.. so we're back to buying bags of ice. If definitely still buy again though.

I bought this refrigerator 11/01/2023 and was delivered and installed 11//08/2023 exactly as was promised. I hate to say that I originally bought a competitors refrigerator. The first one arrived damaged in early August so I requested a replacement. The replacement was to arrive mid September and finally arrived late October. It was damaged. I requested a refund to buy the LG. It was a little more but I got it and it was an awesome appliance. Superior quality, more accessories, ready to run immediately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator to replace our old side by side.so far it has performed great. My wife loves the extra room and the center drawer for smaller items and cheese storage. The only thing I would have to say is the craft ice maker is a bit on the slow side with only getting three cubes every 24hrs and the ice maker in the door could be a bit bigger but so far have not had a issue with running out of ice. The ice is the only reason I gave this refrigerator A 4 star rating. With the fridge hooked up to the internet and the app it is very easy to monitor the fridge performance.

Both technicians were great and once they were on the case things went well and quickly. But it took almost three weeks to get someone out to our house and many texts and messages to finally get them there. Frontier Dispatch didn't really seem to know what they were doing but all's well that ends well I guess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator October 2021. I love the different features of the refrigerator. It has ample space for everything I need to put in it. I love the craft ice maker, although the only downside is that it takes forever to make just a few ice balls. Other than this, so far I’m very pleased.
