[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon delivery of my LG refrigerator the water dispenser did not work. Nor did the ice makers. A new mother board was installed. So far the water dispenser works, but the stream is VERY slow. There is still something wrong inside the machine. Another warranty service call may be in order. Otherwise the fridge works fine.

The water/ice maker is great! My family are avid water drinkers so this is perfect! No complaints .... and it's sharp looking

Delivered and set up two weeks ago. Very disappointed In the unit overall. Shelf adjustments are almost non existent. Lower the top shelf to accommodate taller items and that leaves about 2 inches between it and the shelf below. The water filter has been moved from the top left of the refrigerator to below the ice maker which severely limits the width of the shelf on the door There is less usable space in this 30 cu ft unit than in my prior 29.7 cu ft unit Very disappointed in this unit after 2 weeks and am searching for another refrigerator comparable to my previous unit

I bought this refrigerator a few weeks back and really like the design. Water dispenser is great for the taller cups, the round craft ice is very nice for drinks. Middle flex drawer is awesome to have so you don't constantly open the refrigerator for things you use often. The beverage center is nice as well. My only complaint is the shelves on the left side are almost useless as they are to thin for many items to fit into it. Freezer is a great size and the sliding drawer on top is handy for delicate items. Overall I love it!

When everything is working this is a nice refrigerator, unfortunately, it has been problematic since it was first purchased new in December 2020. First, the compressor went out less than 2 months into use. The part was back ordered, so we were without a working refrigerator for months. Next, the craft ice went out. sometime later, the door ice went out. Then the entire refrigerator wasn't holding temperature, so LG serviced it again, replacing both ice makers and fixing whatever was causing the overheating. That was about 6 months ago. The craft ice just quit working again.

I was looking for one that about the same size I had so I picked this 30cf with the ice maker that makes round ice. Wife wasn’t sure she was going to like it but after it started making ice she fell in love with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I accepted delivery in Nov (ordered in Sep). Ice cubes slightly melt in upper ice maker and freeze together stopping ice from coming out or making more. They could not find a repair person to fix. Still in the process of a refund

I have had my LG fridge since May 2021. I've enjoyed the spacious interior. The drawer has been great and I love how I can change from fridge to freezer. The craft ice is great for my water bottles. If I need more I can turnonice plus. LG replaced the 1st system with a new one. It's not had a problem so far. I've been pleased so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m sorry to read some of the bad reviews. We have had this model for over two months with zero issues. Everything is well thought out and there is just SO much storage. Our previous 'fridge was an older LG of similar size and we liked it also. But this one feels bigger and more open because of the improved shelving options and well designed separators. And the door-in-door is bigger also! We store most of our wine and adult beverages there and we use the multi-purpose drawer for meats and cheeses. The ice maker works fine for us and it is fun having the craft ice option.
