The drawer that can be converted from refrigerator to freezer and back is perfect for those times when your inventory "shifts". The measured fill feature is so convenient for cooking and making drinks.

I love the convenience of the door that holds just the milk, etc. without having to open the entire refrigerator. I adore the round ice cubes—so fun. Lastly, I am a big fan of the convertible drawer which is currently set to deli. All the things I complained about in my last refrigerator seem to have been corrected in this model. I am very happy.

We bought this refrigerator a year ago and it was a splurge given the craft ice maker and the extra programmable drawer. We are absolutely pleased with this refrigerator and it is honestly the best refrigerator we’ve owned in 40 years of marriage. The craft ice is perfect for that evening bourbon and ice or to impress your guests. We would buy this again and every time.

We’ve had it for a month. The base wheel design creates such an angle that the doors slam shut rattling everything in the fridge. There are leveling legs but they just increase the angle so be aware. The crisper drawers don’t open all the way with only one door open as well the sealing flap on the left door sticks in the closed position not letting the door close which is further emphasized by the slamming. More design flaw. The power cord comes from the top front instead of the rear of the unit, might be an issue for some. The control panel does not illuminate making choices in the dark difficult. The freezer and refer temps have been changed a few times inadvertently while trying to get a glass of water. Other than that it’s a beautiful large fridge with lots of functionality. I am enjoying the craft ice cubes in my whisky.

We had never had a water and ice despenser, so now we find ourselves drinking a lot more water. And the ball ice is a cool feature also. So happy with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in Feb. 2021 and am pleased overall with the performance except for the ice makers. We had to replace both ice makers since purchase. they were both covered with the 1st year warranty so no cost to us. Both working okay except the ice maker in the door is slow at producing ice.

Our old refrigerator was showing signs of failing as it was unable to maintain proper temperature levels. After researching the types on new refrigerators available and reading reviews of them we decided on the LG. We're so glad that we did. We love it's features and the appliance's obvious excellent quality. The Thinq WIFI feature is particularly nice. We weren't sure about how we would like the craft ice feature but now that we have it we wouldn't want to do without it. The interior of the refrigerator is well-designed and very convenient for for storing and accessing items of various size. In summary, this is a great product.

We love the round ice cubes made in the freezer. The door-in-door is also great. And, the convertible fridge/freezer drawer is great.

We have had this refrigerator for about a year-great features, including the craft ice, which is always a pleaser for family and friends. I appreciate the linkage to the service status (LG app) so that I can run diagnostics if needed. Recently, I got a call and email from LG service letting me know that they had received an error report on our icemaker. They set up a service call and took care of the issue within a very short period of time. Now THAT is service well done!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been very happy with this refrigerator except for the quality of the craft ice maker. The up top ice maker works great and we like the smaller ice cubes it makes. We also like the craft ice maker ice balls when it is working. The original failed about 9 months after we bought the refrigerator. The replacement lasted only another 5 months, which put us 2 months out of warranty. LG was gracious enough to recognize the problem was on their end and replaced the craft ice maker a second time for me under warranty. Given this devices track record we should have craft ice through the holidays but I am keeping my fingers crossed after that. I gave this refrigerator 4 out of 5 stars due to the craft ice maker. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating.
