[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product and was broke in the first month of purchase. It was a hassle getting it fixed . Parts came faster than I thought. Just left me with a sour taste and still not happy a 4k frig and it breaks in 30 days.

Fortunately we have not filled it to capacity as something has gone haywire and the freezer is no longer freezing as it should or making ice. Due to the pandemic, we are having wait a month to get to get someone here to fix it. This is very frustrating, but it seems to be the sign of the times. LG contacted us last night offering a check for $150 to compensate for the delay. That was nice as we have lost quite a bit of our frozen food!

Most of refrigerator which have water/ice dispenser on the door have a huge tank on the inner side of the doors and take up a lot of space. This one does not have the tank inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in April to replace it's predecessor due to a failed compressor. This model is very quiet! Interior design looks nice and works well. The middle drawer is spacious and works great for us. The secondary ice maker in the bottom freezer is nice - just wish you could make different shapes of ice in it as well. The party balls are nice, and double as weapons if you need one! Lol.

We bought this refrigerator a year ago and it was a splurge given the craft ice maker and the extra programmable drawer. We are absolutely pleased with this refrigerator and it is honestly the best refrigerator we’ve owned in 40 years of marriage. The craft ice is perfect for that evening bourbon and ice or to impress your guests. We would buy this again and every time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fell in love with this refrigerator the moment it arrived. For the first time ever I can fill my refrigerator and still see/find what I need. Nothing is lost, I don't have to rummage, and there is room for everything. I love the half door that opens to get the things I use a lot without having to open the entire refrigerator. For me it's the best designed refrigerator I've ever owned. The craft ice is an extra added bonus that I enjoy much more than I thought I would too.

We bought the original refrigerator in October 2021 and the craft ice maker started making a loud and obnoxious noise, so we had it fixed only to have to replace it two more times and now we are outside the warranty, and it no longer works. Sad that LG hasn't come up with a long-term fix.

We are so delighted to have so much storage space for our leftovers particularly when you have a bigger family. We love the option to open the right outer door (door-in-door) to grab beverages. It is so cool to have the dual ice maker with craft ice (ice spheres). Our neighbors give us kudos when we give them crafted ice for their drinks. Our kids fell in love with the crafted ice, too. All of our food and beverages stay very cool. The freezer is awesome as well especially having the full-convert drawer to have flexible water temperature settings. We like the lighting in the refrigerator as well as using the LG ThinQ app to use the wi-fi features for the refrigerator. We can control some of the functionality of the refrigerator from a touch of a button on my phone, how about that! Most important of all, is the wife is happy about the refrigerator purchase. A Happy Wife means a Happy Life! We look forward to using this LG refrigerator for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator has been great until we hit the 1 year point, when the Freezer stopped working. LG contracted a company to come out to fix, it took 3 trips to fix as all parts did not arrive in time and additional parts were needed. They did fix at no cost. It’s only been a couple days, but working good so far after repair.

The craft ice maker is a plus and one of the reasons we purchased this model. Our craft ice maker has required a couple of service calls and we hope our problems have been resolved because we do so enjoy it!!
