Have had the compressor replaced and now my ice maker quit and have been waiting 2 weeks for a repair person!! The inside temp still stays between 37 and 42 degrees and won't go any lower!!! So this has been the second time that I haven't had a refrigerator for 2 weeks or more!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love our new refrigerator/freezer. It make the kitchen look so jazzy and up to date. I love the color, black stainless steel. All of it's features makes it very easy to maintain. My only suggestion would be that it is slow making ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our LG refrigerator for several months now and are generally quite pleased with it. It offers a lot of handy features, such as 'door-in-door" beverage access, pull-out and temperature-adjustable food storage, a spacious freezer, and adjustable shelves. We've noticed that refrigerated food seems to stay fresher longer, too. We did have a problem replacing the water filter located in the door. Since the fridge was under warranty, an LG service tech fixed the problem at no charge. The only other nitpicky comment is that the temperature display in the door does not show the actual temperature inside the fridge; it's just used to set the temperature. So, we use a thermometer inside the fridge to tell us the actual internal temperature. But this is just a minor annoyance. Otherwise, we are quite pleased with our purchase, which was part of a suite of LG appliances we bought as part of upgrading our home. In addition to the refrigerator, these included a dishwasher, stove, microwave, washer, and dryer. We are happy with all of our LG purchases and we would recommend LG for their style, quality, reliability, ease-of-use, and value.

It went out after about 6 months. The warranty service was excellent, and a new ice maker was installed. Craft ice is nice.

Followed all instructions, customer service was a positive experience, great timely services, responses, kept informed and updated by great customer services locally for part back ordered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker took double the recommended time to make ice when I first got it. The craft ice is amazing. We love the half door and the ice maker in the door. The space in this fridge is enormous. We love it so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crushed ice and craft ice dispenser work well, and we like the drawer. Not enough storage in the doors. Not enough TALL storage anywhere. Even though the device is Wi-Fi enabled, the LG skill for Alexa does not work for the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been eyeing this LG Refrigerator for a few years now, waiting for the time & $$ to remodel our kitchen. It finally came time and I was able to get this fridge. I absolutely love it! It's so convienient with the 'door-in-door' and the middle optional fridge/freezer drawer for my most used items; but my favorite thing is the Craft Ice! Just 1 ice 'ball' is very slow to melt & keeps a drink cold for over 2 hours! So far, I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

We had two major parts failures (a compressor and a circuit board) in less than six months of owning this unit. The compressor failed in under four weeks and the circuit board failed after about five months. LG is issuing us a full refund for the purchase price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty happy with it for the most part. It looks good and so far works well. Love the craft ice, and you still have normal ice as well. The only downside for me is the door shelves are much too narrow due to accommodation of other features (ice maker in the inside of door, etc.). If you don’t keep a lot of items in your door, it’s no big deal, I guess. I do have a lot, and these shelves fit less than half of my other refrigerator. If didn’t have my additional refrigerator with good door shelves, I may not have chosen this model
