[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the refrigerator. The drink drawer for adults and kids and easy access door have made it a enjoyable to own. We love the ice balls to keep our beverages cold for extended periods, even over night!

The refrigerator itself is nice. However, I'm not sure the things I don't like out ways the good. I thought I would love the freezer on the bottom, but I find it does not conveniently hold near as much as my side by side. Thank goodness I kept my old one for extra space. My biggest disappointment is the ice maker. It doesn't come close to producing enough ice for 3 people in my family. We bought a bundle due to my microwave/oven and my dishwasher went out. I do love the middle drawer and the third door, a very nice feature! Other than the icemaker I am getting used to it little by little.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has so much room compared to my old side by side that was approx the same size. Loved it…until it stopped working. First to go was the in door ice maker. Then the freezer temp was wonky. Then the craft ice stopped. Then the fridge part fluctuated too much to trust it with anything more than condiments. That’s the worst of it. LG provided great service through the app and calls. We just received our new replacement fridge. I sincerely hope that this one works…because it’s pretty great when it does. And kudos to LG for standing behind their product and making it right.

This refrigerator is so spacious and allows me to organize well! Biggest plus is all the adjustable shelving and the universal drawer in the middle. Plus the craft ice is so awesome! A big issue I had was the water filter compartment! I could not get the filter to go in after removing. Had to have LG come out twice. The second time they replaced the water filter compartment. Another problem is the cover for the air filter. Very hard to get off and broke when trying to replace the air filter. LG replaced the cover. Just hoping it won't break next time I need to replace air filter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the spacious interior I am pleased with how well this refrigerator generally fits my storage needs However I wish the shelves on the door were a little wider to fit condiment containers more readily I am currently using the full convert drawer for cheeses, cold cuts, and butters and spreads. So organized The freezer drawers are nicely divided and spacious Just wish the craft ice maker was faster. Or convertible to making regular ice faster for parties Overall I am very pleased! Also impressed with how quietly it operates

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for only 12 days, but it is simply the best one ever. This LG is VERY quiet. The drawers are BIGGER, and shelves are easy to rearrange. Adjustable shelf in the "door in door" section handles 1/2 gallon containers easily, but best of all, it is inset just enough to allow for storage of taller wine bottles on the bottom for easy access. The large cocktail ice ball feature is pretty cool, indeed. Then, there is the middle drawer, which can be set to several temps, including freezer level. It is so nice to access this drawer for cheeses and like items without having to open BOTH doors and roll it out, as in the last model.

I have to stop getting a fridge with an icemaker in the door. I had confidence that LG had figured this out, but our icemaker hasn’t worked from day one. Had the whole icemaker replaced and no good, waiting for appliance repairman to com back tomorrow and see why it still doens’t work. So frustrated. Craft ice works really well and everything else about this fridge is super great, but the icemaker issue is still such a bummer.

We checked out many fridges of this size and capacity and no other had the smart layout or the door in door feature. We had our adult children over for mothers and fathers day and they really enjoyed the craft ice for their drinks. An instant hit.

We love our new LG 30 cu ft Frig. Deep and spacious for all size food items to refrigerate or freeze. The Smart Ice options is great. Deep drawer freezer makes it easier to load, find and remove items. The middle Frig drawer has options to chill food, more beverages, misc. items, and temp can be changed from chill to freeze option if needed for additional freezing space. This may be the last refrigerator we will need to buy.

We like the easy access door for our daily condiments, etc. We enjoy the small round ice and also the large ball ice for drinks. Overall good layout and happy with purchase.
