Used once then it quit working!!! Ugh!

Used once, then it got too hot and quit working! We have huskies and that's why we bought it. What a waste of money! Will go back to Dyson...

No lights!?, heavy, bulky-doesn't go under furniture/cabinet foot space, attachments don't fit/stay on. However, suction is good on the first use.

I’ve had this for a few months now and it works great. It picks up everything and pet hair. It leaves the carpet and floors spotless. Great purchase!

Smooth and easy to work

I have 2 dogs, golden and lab hair is crazy. This machine picks it up w ease and seems to do better than what I have had before and like it better than the Dyson. Only used it a couple times but def a good buy.

Shark lost their quality

Bought a year ago when we bought our home. So things aren't too messy. Motor ended up burning out and lost suction within 1st year not satisfied and do not recommend.

Very Loud

I love Shark products, however, I am disappointed with this vacuum cleaner. It works well, but it is very loud, especially when using the Rug setting. I will probably be returning it for a refund.
