Just bought this and have used it two times. So far, the suction is GREAT! My last sweeper seemed to just push the pet hair around on the rug. This Shark got it all and I am very pleased. The down side, the rotating nozzel attachment doesn't seem to sit will on the vaccuum, and there is no small, round horse hair brush attachment which I had to buy separately; the crevace tool is shorter and has a larger opening than I like, and the vacuum has tipped over a few times while using the hose with attachments.

Bought recently to replace a Hoover. Pros: 1) Swivel head, 2) Brush is kinder on wood floors, 3) Slightly lighter weight than previous vacuum Cons: 1) Model ZU55 is not listed on Shark website (as mentioned by someone else), 2) Brushroll attachment does not fit well in attachment holder and easily falls out, 3) Crevice tool attachment holder is a tight fit with the cord in the same location, 4) No regular dusting brush attachment (neither the manual nor the Shark website provide an item number for a it)

I purchased it as a gift for my daughter. Since she didn't want to hurt my feelings, she didn't tell me that it hasn't worked properly since she received it. The hose is getting clogged between the vacuum head and the canister. Try clearing and can't get to it. Definitely a flaw in this model because I have purchased a Shark, different model, for myself and love it.

Only last for 6 months, with the respective maintenance. Only comes with 3 months warranty :(

This does a great job picking up the pet hairs in the carpet. Amazing!

Works well although the ZU55 part number is not valid according to the Shark website.

excellent pickup and suction. not quite slim enough to fit far under furniture.

It harder to manipulate than my last vacuum. It cleans great though.

No head lights on this model, cant see under bed or dirt on hard floor
