This Vaccum is terrible. We used it a total of two times and then a thread got caught in the roller and broke it completely. Just one thread, where my old 50 dollar vacuum could suck them up all day and not care. The thread got wrapped around the roller, then it grinded and I immediately turned it off. Then the roller wouldn't work anymore even after I took the thread out. Awful vacuum, it was littarly a thread that had fell off a shirt or something. I couldn't believe it. Brand new vacuum destroyed by a singular thread from my t Shirt. Will be getting a refund and most likely buying a Dyson. If you own a busienss stear clear of this one. It will not last and the warranty doesn't mean anything if you have to get a new one every week.

I have had other shark vacuums in the past that were great. This thing is pure trash. The suction is horrible from the get go. The vacuum is super loud compared to the other sharks I've owned in the past. It's also extremely loud. This vacuum just seems to be put together as cheaply as possible.

Awful! If you have pets this is horrible! This is first review I have given in my life! First time using i thought it was ok. Except for the fact you have to empty container from top and the bottom. Two separate openings. Also the foam pad under containtainer when you lift off container to empty falls dust n powder all over the place! But seeing was just for bedroom i was willing to deal with it. Second use i spent 40 minutes taking it apart to unclog handle part of tube and tube going to brush.

I was coming from a $50 eureka vacuum that had lost its power over the years. So I decided to upgrade to this shark because I have a dog. The pet tool works decent you just have to go over a few times. As far as the suction goes, I think it’s very good. The head swivels very well. It also does very well on hard floor as well. I like that it has setting for floor type. Overall nice middle of the road vacuum.

Horrible Shark vacuum. I’ve had 4 Sharks before, never a complaint (except after a few years they just don’t work as well). This one is awful. Hardly any suction. Well worth spending another $50-75 for the standard one. I can see why it doesn’t have problems with hair wrapping around roller, it won’t suck it up! Thankfully, Sam’s customer service processed the return/refund for me quickly.

I had a shark rotator that lasted seven years, and it finally died on me. So I purchased the shark rotator that has the the anti-allergen pet plus upright self cleaning brush roll the ZU 55 man it’s perfect. I could not believe how much it picks up and it’s very maneuverable. I will buy nothing but shark products from here on out. This is my second one and I will stick to it.

This is not like my previous shark vacuum. Its so light, cheaply made. No attachments besides the pet attachment. No crevice tool in the box. The attachments from my older shark dont fit. I gave it 2 stars bc the suction was ok. This is not worth the $120 I pd.

I love the shark vacuum, I buy one every year! normally I give them a five star review, however every shark vacuum I purchase seems to have less suction power and their cord is getting shorter and shorter, I used to be able to vacuum my whole family room area with it plugged into one socket now I have to plug it in three times!!! Shark Stop skimping and shortening your cord with every new model!! Please reinstate the long cord and the suction power!!
