I bought two of these. The chairs themselves are very nice, sturdy, and comfortable. Upon opening one of the covers was already snagged and had a run in the fabric. The other had a cushion that didn't "inflate" all the way. I immediately took pictures and sent to customer service. I got a prompt email back wanting my phone number. I sent it to them immediately. That was over one month ago and I have heard absolutley nothing back from them. I paid a lot of money for these 2 chairs and I'm very disappointed in the customer service.

it was completely moldy. tried calling the number provided for replacement parts/missing parts and was on hold for 25 minutes while on break. stunk up entire room w moldy smell. horrible customer service so far, disappointing experience. was very excited for the chair. would love to add photos to this review but it keeps giving me an error on it and won't let me.

I really wanted to love the Member's Mark Cloud Lounge Chair, but it missed the mark for me. The biggest issue is the cushion. It's extremely heavy and awkward to adjust, and mine arrived feeling uneven and slightly lopsided. After using it, the cushion also goes flat in the middle instead of holding its shape, which completely defeats the “cloud” comfort it's marketed for. Once it compresses, there's noticeable lack of support where you actually sit. Size is another major consideration. This chair is huge—much larger than it appears in photos. It dominates the space and would overwhelm an indoor room. If you're tight on space or prefer furniture that feels proportional and easy to move, this isn't it. Overall, the chair looks appealing and feels sturdy, but the comfort and practicality didn't live up to expectations. Between the oversized footprint and the cushion issues, I wouldn't purchase it again unless someone has a very large space and doesn't mind frequently adjusting or replacing cushions.

Helped my bfs sister take it home from the store, unbox, and assemble. Super easy %26 unbelievably comfortable. Perfect for a reading nook. Going next weekend to buy one for our home.

Cushion is extremely lumpy and falls between the support straps. Has to be fully adjusted each time we use. More bottom support needed otherwise the cushion is basically sitting on the floor.

This chair is like sitting on a cloud! I just ordered an ottoman to go with it. It's larger than I thought it would be, but it's the most perfect reading chair! Looks great in my office.

I mean the chair quality is good. But I was missing several parts and it came with no hardware so I am not able to even use it. The customer service for the company doesn't exist.

The chair is sturdy and comfortable. However, the chemical smell of the cushion has caused me headaches and respiratory issues. The cushion is now airing out for multiple days to ensure it's usable.

Love this chair. We tried it out in the store and fell in love with it instantly. Plus it was on sale.

Nice oversized lounge chair! Perfect for my reading in my art studio. Sturdy and very comfortable. Highly recommend!
