Great savings when compared to more expensive brands like luvsac. Wife is very pleased with her birthday gift and has curled up many evenings with wine to sit and relax in this chair.

Great chair great price. I wanted one that looked just like this but for so much more. I wouldn’t spend the money on it. This chair is so much like it for much much cheaper. It was easy to put together and is a great addition.

This chair is like sitting on a cloud! I just ordered an ottoman to go with it. It’s larger than I thought it would be, but it’s the most perfect reading chair! Looks great in my office.

I LOVE this lounge chair! It definitely makes you feel like this is what it would be like to sit in a cloud. It makes you want to curl up with your coffee and a good book. The texture of the chair is so soft and the perfect neutral color for any color scheme.

I purchased two. They are big and very comfy. One cushion fits better on the chair than the other one. It has more fill to it. Took some time getting the cushion all the way into the cover. I purchased twin size duvet covers in all cotton to cover the cushion. Feels better to be sitting on cotton and will be a much easier clean. Takes some work to put all together.

I really wanted to love the Member’s Mark Cloud Lounge Chair, but it missed the mark for me. The biggest issue is the cushion. It’s extremely heavy and awkward to adjust, and mine arrived feeling uneven and slightly lopsided. After using it, the cushion also goes flat in the middle instead of holding its shape, which completely defeats the “cloud” comfort it’s marketed for. Once it compresses, there’s noticeable lack of support where you actually sit. Size is another major consideration. This chair is huge—much larger than it appears in photos. It dominates the space and would overwhelm an indoor room. If you’re tight on space or prefer furniture that feels proportional and easy to move, this isn’t it. Overall, the chair looks appealing and feels sturdy, but the comfort and practicality didn’t live up to expectations. Between the oversized footprint and the cushion issues, I wouldn’t purchase it again unless someone has a very large space and doesn’t mind frequently adjusting or replacing cushions.

This is quite fun! I love the look of it. The cushioning is a little lumpy, but that doesn't really bother me. The only thing that doesn't work for me personally is how far back it leans. If I lean all the way back, it's too far to really watch tv. And I don't like to lean back when I'm reading. So, I don't know what I'd really want to use this for. But it's fun.

Cushion is extremely lumpy and falls between the support straps. Has to be fully adjusted each time we use. More bottom support needed otherwise the cushion is basically sitting on the floor.

it was completely moldy. tried calling the number provided for replacement parts/missing parts and was on hold for 25 minutes while on break. stunk up entire room w moldy smell. horrible customer service so far, disappointing experience. was very excited for the chair. would love to add photos to this review but it keeps giving me an error on it and won’t let me.
