The members mark cloud lounger is definitely a different design. It looks like an oversized bean bag chair. One the plus side the fabric and chair are quite comfortable and you just sink in and feel like relaxing with a great book. I would buy this for a teen or for a college dorm room. The tan color isn't bad, just something that might get dirty quickly. Wondering how long the fabric will hold up after one wash. So, overall this lounger is a maybe.

This chair is comfy, but still looks modern with the wooden base. The fabric feels soft, and I appreciate that it has reinforced corners in the front. I think it is really big, bigger than I would like, and I wish that it could recline back further rather than being so upright.

This is like sitting on the most comfortable pillow! It wraps around my body, conforming yet also providing exceptional support. I love the way my neck , back and shoulders are supported as well. The fabric is soft yet strong and seems easy to spot cleanI am ready to binge watch my favorite shows!

This product is very comfortable! It's large which could potentially fit 2 smaller people on it. It leans back which would be great to watch tv in! It's thick and seems durable and long lasting. Also features neutral colors which would go well with a lot of house aesthetics.

This is quite the accent chair! It's super big and cozy to sit and read a book in or watch a movie! I love the size of the cushion because you can sink into it. The style is warm and inviting into the playroom. I wish the seat part was a bit deeper as my legs can't fully curl up into it (I'm 5'4"). But regardless it's comfortable to relax in and adds character to my space.

The cushion arrived sealed in plastic, but when I opened it, I discovered it was covered in black mold. The smell was overwhelming and spread throughout the room. When I called customer service, they agreed to issue a refund, but told me I have to keep the cushion until they can pick it up in the next couple of weeks. This item is huge and took significant time to assemble, and now I have to store it and wait for pickup. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

The Member's Mark Cloud Lounge chair is very pretty and I love the overall design. It would go great in a playroom or reading nook for my kiddos. It seems sturdy and plush, offering seamless comfort. The price point of $399 is a bit too steep for me given the type of furniture piece that it is.

I bought two of these. The chairs themselves are very nice, sturdy, and comfortable. Upon opening one of the covers was already snagged and had a run in the fabric. The other had a cushion that didn't "inflate" all the way. I immediately took pictures and sent to customer service. I got a prompt email back wanting my phone number. I sent it to them immediately. That was over one month ago and I have heard absolutley nothing back from them. I paid a lot of money for these 2 chairs and I'm very disappointed in the customer service.
