After dealing with a less than optimal kitchen garbage can for a year, I finally got fed up and replaced it with this one. It is the perfect size, and lucky for us it even accepts the tall kitchen garbage bags that we had purchased in bulk. Not that I have a problem with your bags, but when you have over a thousand of another brand of tall kitchen garbage bags, it's nice that you're able to use them.

I recently had the unpleasantness of a trash can i purchased which broke.. My unpleasantness was resolved with the expertise of the representative i spoke with as well as the warranty on the trash can that simplehuman stood behind 100%.. I absolutely love this company and the product.. 5 stars

Well I was a little sceptical at first but this trash can was well worth the cost. Sleek design, easy to change out bags, no tugging and pulling when the bag is full, the to hides the bag and new bags are conveniently stored in the back. By far the best trash can I've found

This is my second one I’ve bought. I gave away my last one when I moved to a nice neighbor who needed one for their daughter moving out on her own, first apartment. So I already knew I had to get another one because I loved it so much. Easy to use, soft closing lid and aesthetically pleasing. I got a different color (gray) to match my new decor. Love it!

We wanted a sleek can that blended well with our kitchen. We love this model because it isn’t stainless steel. No excessive finger prints and the product performs beyond expectation. We've had different kinds of kitchen garbage cans over the years and this is by far the best. It is easy to change the bag and easy to remove a full bag. It doesn't tip over. It blocks odors from escaping. The lid is super quiet. It's easier to clean than the kind that are all metal. The size is just right. Love it!

I had the 45l can for about before I realized it had a part missing. After contacting Simplehuman they got right back with me and determined it was best to send me a new one. That is what I call customer service. I will always be a loyal customer. Great product and service a winning combo.

Bought this bin for my son's house to match the other one he had been using for trash. I know that he has been satisfied with the one that he had, so I bought another one for recycling since he was just using paper bags and it quickly would fill up and accumulate on his countertop. Providing this matching bin has made it easier and cleaner to simply pop in all the recycling next to his matching trash bin. It is large capacity and easy to change out the bags.

So we bought the trash can 2 years ago because we have a special needs child that is older and still in diapers. We needed a good trash can with tight seal and this was the one! Its worked great!! We even had it malfunction and was sent a replacement..I will never buy anything but simple human!!! Thank you!

This is a great trash can and looks super clean. I have even received compliments on it! The one downside is that there is not a two-compartment option in this size. I have a tiny kitchen and would love to have a smaller trash can that also has a section for recyclables.
