Alloy color looks very good. I have had stainless steel trash cans before and this color makes it look higher end without having to break the bank. Step pedal and trash storage bags built in very nice.

I wanted to say it's too expensive… but it is quite good looking. Also the lift mechanism seems sturdier than other cans we've had. We got notified when the green would be available and they notified us without spamming ads which was a huge plus. Time will tell but right now I have no regrets.

We originally bought this as a recycling bin, but the locking top makes it great for trash and the lack of an inner bin makes it less good for bringing out recycling if you don't use a lining bag. We actually already had the metal 45ml bin that has a plastic bin inside, so by switching them, we got a great set!

This is our second purchase of this trash can. Our first purchase lasted over 10 years. It is perfect for kitchen use - reliable and easy to keep clean. The dual opening characteristics of the trash can - step and manual make usage very easy. So glad SimpleHuman is still manufacturing it.

Good quality, sleek, great use of space in our small kitchen. Only complaint is you cant open the can with your hand (only step) wheras the previous model allowed you to do both. So it now means I need to take extra steps to reach the garbage can every time I use it. Not sure i would buy again unless they bring back the hybrid model

Love this trash can. This was a warranty replacement. This product has a great no hassle warranty. This is the second time i've had to replace this trash can under warranty and both times it was replaced without any problems. Will definitely use these products because of the warranty alone.
