The can is just the right size for the kitchen. It is made of very sturdy plastic that doesn't look cheap. I like the you can keep the top open when you need to rather than having to step on each time. Regular tall kitchen bags fit this perfectly. Easy to clean.

We love our new Simple Human trash can. It's light, sturdy, and functions beautifully. The price was significantly lower than the metal version and with a plastic exterior, there's no risk of "dings" in a metal shell from active toddlers swinging toys. It takes grocery store bags (it's a bit of a stretch, but totally doable), and the foot mechanism works perfectly. The top stays open when you need it to for frequent "additions. " What's not to love!

This is the 3 rd simple human trash can that I've bought. The reason I like this can is the trash can liner that prevents the bag from falling down. It holds the bag in place. Plus you can use 13 gal trash bags from warehouse type stores. My only complaint is I have a simple human voice activated trash can in the kitchen. So I keep talking to this new trash can, until I remember to step on the lever. So since I was not willing to buy the voice activated trash can, this can is just the right size for my bathroom. I love simple human products, they work well and plan to buy another one for my office.

It is very convenient to take the trash out without removing a bucket. It's very quiet too. And it's looks very nice. Happy about the price. I was not too sure about now having to purchase these special bags for it, but I stocked up when I bought the trash can.

Go it on 20% sale because even though it’s great quality, it’s always satisfying to save money. Soft open and close lid, practical compartment to store bags and sleek looking.

I found this online and love the elegance it adds. Perfect color and addition. Not just an ugly regular trash can and I love that the bags are stored inside

large stable foot step and has all the convenient feature like trash storage on the back side of the can, easy to change the trash bag, you get the full 45L because it doesn't have an inside plastic can. Really make life easy, the deodorizer is helpful best can and worth the price.

Good quality, sleek, great use of space in our small kitchen. Only complaint is you cant open the can with your hand (only step) wheras the previous model allowed you to do both. So it now means I need to take extra steps to reach the garbage can every time I use it. Not sure i would buy again unless they bring back the hybrid model

The hybrid color threw me off. It looks a lot more like stainless steel in the picture, but it’s a plastic looking gray. I wish I would have bought the all stainless steel one not the hybrid for the looks alone. The trash can itself is great though.

Love this trash can. This was a warranty replacement. This product has a great no hassle warranty. This is the second time i've had to replace this trash can under warranty and both times it was replaced without any problems. Will definitely use these products because of the warranty alone.
