I was hesitant to make iced coffee at home as I usually buy it but it was delicious and fast, the keurig k-iced coffee maker surpassed my expectations. I love that there is also an option for strong brew for hot coffee, it does make a huge difference. Very easy to use and convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loooooooove the iced coffee but made the mistake of adding my sugar after making my iced coffee and obviously the sugar didn’t melt. To circumvent that, I’ve either used a simple syrup or a sweet coffee creamer. Easy fix! Great machine.

He is a big coffee drinker unlike me. This was the coffee make type he actually wanted so it worked out perfectly. He using this machine everyday.

This is the worst piece of junk that is in my entire house. When I pulled it out of the box, it honestly looked like a toy made of cheap plastic. My family and friends were appalled at how cheap it looked. THEN the iced coffee option comes out hotter than the hot coffee option. The ounces options don't work. Every single cup of coffee is absolutely inundated with coffee grounds. I can't believe this is a Keurig product. Customer service was a nightmare to deal with and it's ridiculous I had to waste my time explaining every single detail that is wrong with this ridiculous device. Had to write a handwritten note and take so many pictures to prove I ordered this. I would NEVER recommend this to anyone. I will make sure everyone I know is aware of how terrible Keurig has become.

The fact that you can make both hot and cold coffee with the same machine is amazing, it saves space and money as you don’t have to purchase a second machine. I love how slim it is, it sakes so much space on my counter. I definitely recommend Keurig machines, and I would purchase if needed because I have been using it everyday.

It's great that this device can do both hot and iced coffee so now I can brew a cup for both warm and cold days! It uses the regular k-cups, which I've got a ton of already. The iced features uses hot water to brew the coffee to taste and the stream is cooled down before pouring into your cup. The iced coffee tastes great without going through the hassle of prepping an overnight cold brew in the fridge. It's also slim so it doesn't take up too much space on the counter.

The cold brew setting brews delicious coffee over ice for the perfect iced coffee made the way I want it. When I drink hot coffee I like it STRONG and the strong setting is perfect even with that little k cup.

I have always noticed after a few years in action, they stop working. Of course, I just got this new machine. I received it for free, in exchange for my unbiased opinion. Now, I love iced coffee and hot coffee. It's really dependent on the time of day and season. Typically, I will have hot coffee in the morning. I will have iced coffee in the afternoon. I love this K-Iced Single Serve Machine! I love the ability to choose my cup size. Better yet, I get to choose my strength! I always make my coffee strong. This is an option I didn't have with my last Keurig machine. Also, if I wanted iced coffee, I would have to do the work to chill it. This machine provides so many options. It also has a sleek look that is very modern and contemporary. I also received Dunkin Iced K Cups. They are a new favorite for me! Donut Shop and the Caramel K Cups are not really anything special to me. Again, I love my strong coffee! Even on the strong setting, these 2 don't give me much! Overall, my K-Iced Keurig is amazing! It's easy to use. It comes on quickly. It brews with a quiet ease. I hope we remain friends for a long time to come!

Taking it out of the box and setting it up was super straightforward and simple. And it made a great cup of iced coffee! Super excited to use this everyday. Introducing a nice entry-level coffee maker with options for iced drinks is a game changer to me. It’ll help me save money from going out for iced coffee, provide the warmth when I or my house mates need it, and allow me to try all sorts of pods from the Keurig family. It works amazingly well!
