I loved my keurig, but it stopped working suddenly, so I submitted a warranty claim and it was very easy and quick to get resolved!

Difficult to close. Feels like a factory refurbished coffee maker. Some plastic piece is catching on another and makes closing difficult.

Had trouble with purchase. Machine did not work. Customer service was excellent. Sent new machine right away. It's great, love it.

The first one worked fine for a few months, then died - would not turn on. Replacement was a bit of a chore, but got it done.

i’m not clear what the iced button does… all the ice still melts? No discernible difference between iced brew button and regular brew button

This is a replacement machine. Keurig was quick to supply a replacement. I like the compact size and ease of use of this particular machine.

Perfect size for small spaces. Even smaller than the slim models, but has a decent size water reservoir.

The replacement they sent me for the one that was brand new and didn’t work sucks and splatters coffee everywhere

I bought it a week ago and it takes multiple buttons to get the correct Oz amount
