We bought 2. One for a gift one for the RV. One didn’t work out of the box and the other one broke after using it for a month

My original machine was covered under warranty, but I had to pay for a new one in order to get the same color I had.

This was a replacement but it had the exact same problems the first one had: 1...coffee didn't get hot 2. Press 12 ounces and barely got 6 ounces

You must purchase the water filter tower and filter separately. Had I been aware, I would not have purchased.

The unit leaked all over my counter and floor, no point to having a coffee reservoir if it can't hold onto the water.

I bought this coffee maker because I enjoy iced coffee, and Keruig coffee makers are very good, they brew coffee that taste delicious.

Nice and compact size with all the features I wanted. Only wish the coffee dispensed a little quieter and a little hotter.
