The texture is perfect for him because he is a senior dog with several loose teeth and he needs soft food. The smell was great and the package had some marks to portion the food appropriately. Definitely, it will be integrated into his diet.

I initially bought the chicken treats for my roommates 16 year old Shih tzu Cece and then started her on the rolls after noticing she wasn’t eating her current canned food. Her food would literally sit all day she would only eat when she had to. Now she looks forward to mealtime, gets excited when I grab her bowl and licks it clean each and every time! She’ll even eat the meds in her meal when before she’d purposely spit them out! She can’t get enough!

It doesn’t have a strange or strong smell either. My dog loved this food and gobbled it up! The only downside was having to cut it up for him to eat but it’s a trade off I’m willing to make to feel like I’m feeding real food.

I saw some lip licking and he filled me to give Jambo(other dog) her share! The both loved this Petfresh food! It is easy to serve and store! Not a bad price either!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wholesome nutritious meal that’s German Shepherd approved. The scent isn’t overpowering and it’s packaged like ground beef. A little too expensive for a large dog, but boy did those picky eaters gobble it up. Their tummies were happy, so maybe an every now and again treat.

A huge plus was the healthy ingredients for my elderly pup! She enjoyed it and it didn’t upset her stomach! Sensitive stomach recipe is a must for my dog and the price is right! I will be a return customer from now on!

I tried so many ways for them to try it but they refused. Not sure if it was the scent or texture. I may try a different one to see if they enjoy a different flavor

I typically serve my dogs Freshpet, but they do have sensitive bellies and have a bit of gas afterwards. After feeding them Freshpet Sensitive Stomach and Skin Steam Cooked Chicken Recipe, the burps have been reduced and almost gone! My pups are obsessed with pumpkin, so naturally they love this flavor. The texture is softer than the usual rolls I purchase as well, which is great because one of my dogs is a senior. Will only be using this from now on!
