It doesn’t have a strange or strong smell either. My dog loved this food and gobbled it up! The only downside was having to cut it up for him to eat but it’s a trade off I’m willing to make to feel like I’m feeding real food.

It is high quality real food not made with junk ingredients. It comes in a handy tube thats easy to serve. Sealed for freshness and has a long expiration date. I will continue to use this to hopefully give my dog a longer healthier life!

I didn’t like that it was so processed that you couldn’t see the ingredients in the mix. I didn’t notice any unpleasant odors. I might purchase again but i think there are other brands that capture my attention first.

I like to use Freshpet to mix into their meals as a healthy, nutritious treat and to keep their food from getting boring. My dogs love the taste, and get so excited when I make them a special meal with it. I also like to cut up into squares, and use as high value treats when training. Lastly, I’ll use a large circle of it as the grand reward for when we do a Mantrailing event. My dogs think this is the crème de la crème of treats, and have no clue they’re actually getting something nutritious and good for them! It feels like getting my kids to eat their vegetables…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I primarily feed my dog dry food because he is the pickiest ever (literally took almost a year of having him to find a food he would eat more then two days in a row) but he ate this right up! I think he liked the texture as it was more of a solid than traditional wet food. I also think he liked that it came out of the fridge (looked like people food). This is perfect for treating your dog every once in awhile but would be expensive to feed only this. On another note, my dog didnt get sick after but he did fart a lot!
