[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice television. Beautiful picture and clarity. The size is just right. The only problems I have are in changing and keeping channels. It seems to want to turn to whatever channel it wants at times. When I turn the tv off I expect it will come back on to the channel I was last watching but that rarely happens. I shouldn't have to search through multiple channels/options to get to where I need to go. But maybe I am just not as smart as my smart TV and don't know how to program it properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No matter what settings we try, in dark scenes in movies you can't see well at all. Gamma is turned all the way up etc. Also, after a recent software update now when I turn on the TV it goes to the last station and starts to play, and then it freezes. To get it to work I have to go out of the menu and back in to get the channel I'm trying to watch to work. This is a very new TV and I've had several Sumsung TVs before, this is the only one with these problems. Otherwise it's a good TV, I really like Samsung TV overall.

Samsung products is something that this family loves, so when we got this TV, we knew it wouldn't be short of amazing. My family and I enjoy watching alone or all together because this TV is perfect for whatever your viewing needs are. The visual specs are great and the quality is astounding! And I had an issue with the picture being blurry in some spots of the screen. I unplugged the unit to reset the T.V and the bury spots disappeared. I hope I don't have that issue again. Fingers crossed.

For me the best feature is the video game mode with Xbox built in, no console required. My video games have never looked this good. I was able to use game controllers that I already owned, they easily paired with the TV.

My good old TV still works, but I just wanted something bigger and prettier. All my digital movies are looking like brand new movies.
