Not very happy with this purchase . Unfortunately, anfter only about two months we had to have The TV serviced . It needed A whole new computer board . We stopped buying Samsung's years ago because of issues we have had in the past but decided to try again. Wish we hadn't gone back to Samsung. Never again.

If there's any scene on the TV that has to do with low light situations, we're almost looking at a black screen. I've tried all the fixes, and we have not had success. So frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing quality, clear picture, very bright, upscaling is really cool I'm still getting used to it , the contrast is really good, the responsiveness is second to none. The uniformity is amazing and that's how you know it's quality when it performs as good as it does every time consistently without any issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 43” set works well, it turns on, it turns off as it should. Brightness is good once selected to my liking. My non Samsung apps work great. The Samsung tv app is not so desirable. It takes sometimes a 1-2 minutes for the guide information to load. And when I set up the order of which “quick” apps I want to display, to tv will randomly place the Samsung tv app first even though I removed it. Little quirks as these are my primary rating for 3 stars. But the tv itself functions well. Ok sound, so I Bluetooth to an old Bose speaker. The price point was good and setup was easy.

I am a photographer and don't care for devices that alter colors to unnaturally warmer or cooler tones. The color tones on this tv are beautiful. For th space that I have, the 43 inch tv is the perfect size.

Uniformity it fits where I need to place if it's where I need to place it the upscaling okay be better but considering the age of the TV you can't really ask for much
