Excellent picture, decent sound. However, it feels like there is more of a lag than I've been used to when switching between apps, changing channels, etc. I wish there was an online option for adding apps or deleting channels and channel groups. And I'm not real keen on the remote - sure, it's sleek and all that but I think I will buy a universal remote to use instead. This TV is a big step up from my previous TV and the price was amazing, but all things considered I'm happy enough but not excited about this purchase.

The TV itself is beautiful. Very clear and bright. But the description for me is false. It says it has Built In Alexa but actually you have to buy a Firestick or an Echo to access Alexa. So very misleading. The remote is poor. No guide was included to tell you what all these buttons do. Some are self explanatory but some is a guessing game. Actually I hate this little remote. Hard to figure out all the functionality of the TV itself as of course no guide included. I know you can look online but for me so much better to have a copy in your hands. Am not in a position to spend more money so no Alexa for me. So what is built in Alexa?

However, from time to time to tv feels choppy or the wifi connection cuts out, which could be my fault, but regardless, exelent TV!!

AI music loops too small, need a little variation in type of music such as relaxing music followed by bouncier music for waking up or the reverse for winding down in the evening. colors are great. images too soon repetitious. human images too alike in figures and facial features. love the elderly cha cha couple but she needs to change her hairstyle with her dress. he needs to wear contrasting shorts with some of his shirts.

We love love ❤️ ❤️ 😍 this television. It has the attitude we want, the size is perfect, and the responsiveness is out of this world. Color and brightness are easily adjusted depending on the mood or the show or movie you're watching. The whole shabang is vibrant, colorful and immersed us in a real life quality showing. TV was inexpensive and the picture quality is good. But the tiny remote control is horrible; not easy to use with multiple functions on each button or combination of buttons. Up/down usually skips through multiple selections with one click. No number keypad; with 3000 some channels, an entire day can be wasted trying to get from broadcast channels to Samsung TV+ channels. Easy to cast to from my Samsung phone, but difficult to find where to disconnect other devices that somehow automatically connected.
