The remote control is missing very basic features like a distinct play/pause button etc. This becomes very annoying when watching Prime for example when there is an ad and you want to pause the tv reads the pause as enter to send info on the ad. 2. Sporadically after turning the tv off the cable box reverts to SD rather than HD. Not sure if this is cable box fault or tv fault.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only TV in our primary residence; however, we have two, larger Samsung TVs in our second home. We use this TV for live air broadcasts from 90 miles south in Phoenix, mainly watching the PBS channels and some CBS news & sports; we subscribe to only one streaming service, MAX, mainly watching movies on TCM; we also watch our VHS, DVD, Blu-Ray, & 4K movies. The TV is seldom used more than 2-3 hours most evenings. We try to minimize our exposure to commercials. You've done a remarkably good of designing your simple remote; however, we still have to augment it with FireStick and Blu-Ray player remotes. The picture loses some sharpness at angles off center.

I love all the Samsung TV channels, my only issue would be that the button on the remote for changing the chanel is way to sensitive for my fat finger. Lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not my first Samsung tv and I'm pretty loyal to Samsung products as they are usually mu favorite. I needed a new TV for my living room and my budget wasn't very big but I found this one and the price was good and resounable. The picture is great and crisp. It turns game mode on automatically when I turn one of my consoles on. The apps and streaming work pretty seamlessly. If I had one gripe it would be that the app store needs to be a little more expansion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded to this newer model "smart" TV from an older Samsung and are very happy with the results. Size is perfect for the room and picture quality if ideal. Had a little trouble getting used to the newer features on the remote and still prefer the "button press" style. There are still some features that are being discovered on the learning curve of anything new but the features are helpful and enhance the viewing experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this on sale I bought it I have issues seeing the tiny print so I went with a bigger tv, was complicated to setup I am not tv or computer savvy but once I got it figured out it's been less complicated it's worth the money the picture quality it great especially when I am gaming I love it not too heavy I was able to carry it myself to my apt and install it myself I am 5'2

We have just 2 disappointments with this TV. #1 You cannot do voice commands into this remote. This would be helpful in a dark bedroom. This was our fault as we didn't check it out prior to purchasing. #2 When attempting to set the sleep timer, more often than not, it results in switching the position of the sleep timer icon rather than increasing the length of time desired for the TV to shut off. A Samsung rep said that you have to quickly depress the center button in order to increase the time for shut off ( ex: 30, 60 120 minutes). If you depress it any longer than a very quick press, it goes into "movement of icon" mode. This has been problematic and aggravating. If it weren't for this, I'd give it 5 stars.
