[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a 43” to this 50”, and use this TV primarily for streaming shows. One reason we chose it was because the sound is good enough that we don't have to buy a sound bar. The picture is clear and bright. However, when streaming we've had some issues with the video glitching/being choppy - with multiple streaming services. This did not happen with our old 43”, and we used the same native Samsung user interface for both.

Then you have some that you struggle to even hear anything! I honestly quit watching it it just sits here

To be honest I was so excited when buying this tv it worked fantastic until it didn't anymore… the entire screen went black just stopped working for no reason. Got it fixed by Samsung and now it's like I've had the tv for ten years it's very slow not like how it was when I first got the tv. It doesn't respond right away to my Bluetooth speaker anymore, it also no longer responds when I turn my console on, I used to be able to turn on my ps5 while the tv is off and the tv would turn on and open the ps5 right away on the screen and it no longer does that. Just all in all I'm highly disappointed and kinda wish I never got a new tv to begin with 🤷🏻‍♀️

The only issue I had was getting the tv to control my Apple TV. Would not control the box without programming each button (and then it didn't do so great) everything else works perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent picture and sound quality is improved over older models. The remote is pretty small and sensitive for my large fingers. This is our 4th television from Samsung and all have been good as far as service is concerned. The oldest is 10+ years old and still working good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall TV is great. Picture is OK, many apps, good sound and yet last wifi for smart TV is not stavle. Also screen mirror is sometimes it requires multiple attempts to share or connect and it might be because of the internet
