The remote control is missing very basic features like a distinct play/pause button etc. This becomes very annoying when watching Prime for example when there is an ad and you want to pause the tv reads the pause as enter to send info on the ad. 2. Sporadically after turning the tv off the cable box reverts to SD rather than HD. Not sure if this is cable box fault or tv fault.

Thanks to the color booster I can see the red hair of the Little Mermaid with my daughter over and over again. An other great feature is the Q symphony, the sound is amazing, I don't struggle with not hearing the movies or TV shows. I'm still exploring all the amazing features of the TV, once my daughter grant me full access to the TV for sure I will discover all, for now I can say that this is a great option if you are looking for good quality image, great sound and a nice design that will look amazing at your home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has been amazing since we got it out of the box turned it on hooked it up and logged in everything we needed to log into, never had any issues out of it has great clear picture. I love all the extras that you can do with it. You can connect your phone to it. Mirror screen your devices. And you can continue to use that device and it not show what you're doing on the device, it only shows what you mirrored and played to the TV from your device.. you can even control the TV with t.he Remote and not have to control it with the device that you mirrored to the TV.

The colors are bright and brilliant without a blur. 4k viewing is bar none the best I've seen even with units much greater in price. I feel as if I will years of solid viewing from this unit without ant concerns. The slim look of the border makes it effortless to view that is not distracting to the viewer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the TV mainly for watching "cable" TV. The TV is fine, picture is good. At highest setting the picture is a little harsh on the eyes. Overall, I like this TV a lot. My only complaint is that the interface for using the "smart"/streaming and or free services is very confusing and the badly designed remote doesn't help. I would probably use these services more if improvements were made in this area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Samsung TV. It replaced my first one, it was a 46 inch. My new TV is 55 inch. Love the bigger picture, color quality. The ease of use. I do also have a tablet and phone that are Samsung. I am a fan of Samsung for life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had prior Samsung TV but went out so purchased this one. So far, very impressed with sharp and colorful picture and excellent sound quality. TV is very light in weight and the picture totally fills out the screen. No complaints thus far after 30 days of use! Have four other Samsung TVs as well so this one makes total of five; so that tells you I do like Samsung TVs for sure!

The picture and general operation is good, but there is a slight delay in the sound so that lip movements are annoyingly just out of sync. This is for both antenna and wi-fi content. There is an adjustment for sound delay, but it only works for HDMI input. My TV also has an intermittent picture fault which makes the picture unviewable. I have found that unplugging and replugging the set resets the picture. Can't be fixed permanently so they offered me a cost adjustment. Hard to live with if it is frequent.
