The remote that comes with it leaves a lot to be desired however. It's very difficult to navigate through the numerous menus or select a specific channel. As good as the TV itself is, it's disappointing that the remote is not as user friendly.

My customers also love the quality picture. A few of my customers claimed that they was going to buy one for their home. I also do some streaming apps if I can not find the game on my satellite provider.

It was very easy to setup . It was a great picture and sound. We use the TV to primarily stream Netflix, Amazon Prime , Hulu, Disney and YouTube. It’s the perfect size for the guest bedroom.

It was in sale but now I see why the remote is more difficult to use. The picture almost looks like it has a soft filter, even though it's on dynamic mode. The color is inconsistent depending on what we are watching.

Awesome for gaming. The speaker are good but not great. The use of a sound bar takes this TV to the next level. The color and depth and hyper life imaging is stunning. The smart functions not much different than any other smart TV. Simple and basic. If your looking for a TV that has the bells and whistles, and has and amazing image, a TV that's quality out weights the price. This is the one to get.

I don't love the volume control on the remote as most of the time when i go to increase or decrease the volume, it mutes the tv if you don't press it exactly the right way. Also, the performance of some apps is just not right. The you tube TV app is extremely slow and half the time doesn't load or has a blank picture but does have volume. we have tried everything to make it work from uninstalling and reinstalling, etc and we finally had to use a roku instead of using the built in samsung app features. The TV picture quality and sound however, is great.

The picture is so clear and bright. It feels like I am in the game. I would 10000000% recommend this product to anyone. Samsung makes the best TVs ever. I also have a Samsung surround sound. And it is fenominal. Watching movies you're immersed with sound and it feels like you're right there with the celebrity inside the movie. Its ridiculously good. Couple that with the picture and you cannot go wrong you have the winning combination everytime. I am one satisfied customer..
