This is absolutely my favorite bread. It stays fresh for weeks! I could keep it in the cabinet for many days and then transfer it to the refrigerator for more longevity. not good at all. bread has thick slices, very heavy in weight, has an unpleasant smell to me. the bread i originally ordered was unavailable in this order. i didnt see the text till it was too last to to not accept. i tried cutting the crust off and toasting. i ate that piece but then through the two loaves i bought in the trash. i will definitely put on my next order (DO NOT SUBSTITUTE)

Didn't care for this. Love sourdough but this didn't have a good flavor. Also not a fan of any bread company that doesn't put dates on their packaging. So when shopping you have no way to really know for sure just how old what you're selecting is. And the size is awkward. I get wanting to be different, but it makes certain things difficult when it's this size.

If you're looking for thick, crusty sourdough this is not the right brand. I'm picky about sourdough and this one has a nice "sour" taste. It's especially suited for sandwiches and toast, or as snacks with cheese and spreads. The bread is pricey considering the size of the loaf and the individual slices but I cut the entire loaf in half and freeze it, so the sticker shock isn't too severe.

Bread has lots of starch and so you might as well buy something you like and not buy too much of it because bread can really put weight on you and that's not good for your heart. When you're heavy, your heart has to pump real hard to put your body around. So I just use bread sparingly and I don't need a lot. Quantity is good. I even share it with a friend and we have plenty of it. I recommend spending the extra money and getting it. It's delicious.

Really good bread. Texture, crust, and flavor all make this a good bread. Lasts a long time also, being single I put it in the fridge a few days after purchase and it lasts longer than others. Makes a great sandwich or burger, particularly grilled cheese or a lamb burger.

This sourdough bread is so good! It always tastes fresh and has great flavor. You can eat it plain, toast it, spread it with jam or butter, use it for a sandwich, or just enjoy it right out of the bag. A helpful tip: I keep mine in the refrigerator, and it stays moist and delicious for days. It's a bit expensive, but it's well worth it. Highly recommend!

I usually buy cheap breads, but decided to try this sourdough one day for turkey sandwiches. I swear you will be hooked on this sourdough bread! It literally has the fluffiest most soft texture of any bread I've ever tasted. I highly recommend this bread for delicious sandwiches!

I buy this bread every week. All my husband's friends ask him where did I buy and what brand name is it because I make them all kinds of yummy 😋 breakfast sandwiches with this! After cutting each slice in half I toast it in a little salted butter with coconut oil until golden on both sides! Try it!

I gave it a little low rating because it doesn't really taste that good. These rustic breads are OK but they're high and sugar and carbs bad for diabetes and you have this company has an Italian one which really shouldn't have sugar, but it makes my sensor that's hooked up to my phone to scan my blood sugar and stuff. It's bad so I won't be buying that anymore.
