I really like this Sourdough. It is not like the white bread they add a tangy flovor to. This has the chewy texture and a real tang. It tastes best to me when toasted. I wish the slice was slightly thinner, but other than that, I'm glad I found it. I wasted a lot of money on bread no one would eat after they quit having the loaves of Goldminer sourdough. Ir was only available in bulk. I loved it and this is a good substitute. It's chewy without making your jaw ache, and the tang is definitely there. It can be a little heavy, but toasting makes it lighter. It is perfect with a bit of butter and jam and also makes very good breakfast sandwiches. I am going to try it to make grill cheese soon. I had to put it in the refrigerator while we were gone to World Cup, but it was still great toasted.

This is fantastic bread. i love sourdough for the flavor and no sugar. This bread is very soft and not a strong sourdough, which i like and toast very well. it is pricey but everything is. Best thing is low ingredients which what I always look for 😋

Good but too much powder. It takes me a while to eat up so I was paranoid about the powder being mold but it was fine. It's me not the bread. Going back to previous brand

The only sourdough bread I buy when I am pressed for time and can't make my own. Be sure to keep it in the freezer until it is used up. Do not refrigerate it.

I enjoy using this bread when I make a sandwiches . I use mine when I make egg salad sandwiches. But the bread is good when it's toasted first have to try it. It's really delicious.

I buy this Artisan Sourdough all the time. It is the best bread for sandwiches, etc. You can toast this bread and the inside stays soft and chewy. So delicious.

I was surprised how nice this bread is. Decent pull to the crust, not exactly LaBrea Bakery, but very good for a production bread. Still kinda soft and American but the sour comes in strong. Works for sandwiches-nice size.

I buy this bread every week. All my husband's friends ask him where did I buy and what brand name is it because I make them all kinds of yummy 😋 breakfast sandwiches with this! After cutting each slice in half I toast it in a little salted butter with coconut oil until golden on both sides! Try it!

You can eat it plain, toast it, spread it with jam or butter, use it for a sandwich, or just enjoy it right out of the bag. A helpful tip: I keep mine in the refrigerator, and it stays moist and delicious for days. It's a bit expensive, but it's well worth it. Highly recommend!
