I love the machine itself; however, I'm very disappointed that, after 2 years, it no longer works and only has a 1-year warranty. Ninja should offer a longer warranty for the price you pay, and also a discount on another machine.

Had this slushie a month now and we are enjoying it so much. From slushies to frappe to milkshakes. Everything has turned out so well and it's easy to use and to clean. Great investment that we will enjoy for a long time

Used one of these at a family holiday and had to get one. The unit is easy to use, easy to clean, and you can use just about anything to make drinks. Wife and I are very happy with the purchase.

I love everything about this machine. It makes 7/11 type slurpies in 30 minutes or less. The only knock would be if there was a better way to tell if there is low sugar or too much sugar.

I had been debating about buying this, finally decided to get it. My husband and I are really enjoying this and it will be great this summer! Easy to use and clean, can't wait to enjoy frozen drinks this summer.

Best kitchen appliance ever purchased this thing has its own space on my counter and is used on an almost daily basis phenomenal slushy's phenomenal alcoholic slushy easy to clean easy to prepare. Thanks ninja great job.

Haven't used it a lot yet but it works great! Just need to set your machine the way you like it which is usually done right away but you can tweak it by setting the cold temperature up or down.

i bought mine almost a month ago now and i love every part of it, i have a slushie almost every night and it can be made with any drink! I have an apartment so it takes up quite a bit of space but it is worth it!
