Worked great the first few days. Then it only does two batches at a time, third batch won't freeze. Now it won't freeze at all and I've had it two weeks.

I purchased this as a Christmas present for my daughter. She loves it. It is accessible for her to use. The ease of using it is great. Works great. We have tried Tea, juice, Frozen drinks....love it all. And the clean up is pretty easy also.

I bought my Ninja a few weeks ago.... and LOVE IT!! This edition is beautiful (Marilyn Monroe edition) looking - with the gold accent. I look forward to creating many recipes 😋

I bought this before Labor Day so I didn't get the free tote but I still really like it. It was a hit at the party. All the kids and adult thought it was so cool ( no pun intended). The clean up is easy, all the drinks we made have been good, and its surprisingly quiet. I have the Ninja blender and that thing sounds like jet plane so this is nice. The only bad thing is that it doesn't make that much slushi so you need 2 if you have a big party. Other people make it before hand but I think that defeats the purpose of the machine. The pink color is amazing too! I have an all white kitchen so it really doesn't match my kitchen but oh well, I love the pink.

I got this in January and after the first couple of uses I too had problems with the space on the lip of the vessel. I bought a waterpick that was suggested by others to clean it but that hasn't worked. I can never catch when Ninja has them in stock to replace it. I agree it is an expensive paperweight and I am not buying another to have similar problems. I will just sit there not being used. I have bought other Ninja products their multi cooker, air fryer, the food processer and creami but I won't buy anymore because of this problem. I rinsed right away, I clean all parts right after rinsing and nothing was in it for very long. No use putting up pictures doesn't help anything or anybody obviously.

I loved my Ninja slushi but it just stop working on me. I went to use it and it wouldn't do anything. I got it for Christmas last year. I been trying to find my email to see when the warrant goes out on it but I couldn't find it. My cousin is still working but mine will not do anything. I have a few Ninja items so this is my first bad review on this company.

I've used the Ninja Slushi a few times now and while there is a bit of a learning curve, I will say I'm overall very impressed!!! We made frozen margaritas. The learning curve is knowing how much water versus alcohol to feed into the machine to make the correct consistency. Fortunately there's plenty of recipes and how to's online! One other thing I will say is that it is very easy to clean! When I buy one of these appliances I usually end up shelving them because it's too complicated to clean. This is a breeze with just a few simple pieces. Finally, it has a small footprint which is great because I have found a spot to nestle it into my kitchen! When something is put away you're less likely to use it so that's a plus. Overall, I would definitely recommend. The travel tote is perfect to take to parties. I can't wait to make other fun drink recipes!!

Love, love, love this machine. I have always wanted one. The beverage you want to slush must contain sugar otherwise it will slush. It's in the science of the machine. We tried with zero sugar beverages. You CANNOT slush a beverage with zero sugar. We tried and it doesn't work. Adding sugar to a zero soda, the result was more like a snow cone. If you want to slush a soda, use regular soda. For non-carbonated beverages, we started with a lemonade zero and added sugar. Adding sugar to a zero non-carbonated beverage produced a slushie. Next, we mixed in Mike's Hard Lemonade into the lemonade slushie and voila we had a mike's slushie. It is fun experimenting with beverages. I would definitely recommend this item to family and friends.
