Great delux grill at a bargain price

I bought this last month, and it is a GREAT purchase. This grill is STURDY and easy to assemble (it has a QR code for step-by-step directions!). I had not heard of the brand before, but after some research, it did come from the same company I would have purchased from. Thank you, Sam's, for another great purchase at a reasonable price!

Super easy set up. All you need is a Phillips screwdriver and the video manual was really simple to follow.

looks good so far. I like the the replaceable SS burners and that the tth one is for searing steaks, etc.

My husband bought the floor model. He did not read any reviews. I was on vacation. Two of the black dials are cracked on the inside. Customer service will be sending us new ones for free. WE CAN NOT FIND THE FOIL LINERS FOR THE GREASE TRAY THAT FIT 😡 ANYWHERE!!!! WE HAVE HAD TO BUY BIG ONES AND CUT THEM IN HALF AND TAPE THEM TOGETHER...PAIN IN THE BUTT. PLEASE HELP ME FIND TOSS OUT DRIP TRAYS THAT FIT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ZERO HELP.

Online instructions were great for the most part. Should point out the casters with locks go in back.

pretty easy...need to add a step to connect the side burner cable to the starter. had to take off a piece to get it over to the starter.

Built it without issue how ever the burnings will not light and we have tried several different ways.

The manufacturer needs to cover the caster bolt holes prior to painting. The paint makes it incredibly difficult to attach the casters
