GARBAGE! Don't Buy It!

Bought the grill and had it delivered same day. That's where the "good" part ends. I am very handy with installs and it initially appeared to be very basic and quite simple. WRONG! -Parts missing (washers, small bolts, etc.) -Got about 12 extra bolts (someone else got shorted) -Igniter does not work at all. I triple checked batter polarity, switched the battery, triple checked the wiring and still nothing. Also, the wire connecting the left outside burner was disconnected and was not pulled through to the igniter module on the far right side and it is impossible to route it back through without disassembling the BBQ. -Pieces poorly align. -Parts to assemble not mentioned in instructions. I returned it of course.

Don't Buy Member's Mark

I ordered the Member's Mark 5-Burner Propane Gas Grill on April 29 with 2-day shipping. The grill arrived 6 days later (Monday, 5/5). I began to assemble my grill on Saturday 5/10 and quickly discovered that the hardware packet was missing, so I could not put together any parts of the grill. I called the "grill support" number and was told the hardware would be shipped in 5-7 business days. I called again on 5/19 and was told to wait for 7 business days. I called on 5/19 and was told that they were moving their warehouse which was slated to be completed on 5/26 and my hardware would be shipped then. I canceled my Memorial Day Barbeque. Why a grill company would move their warehouse at the start of grilling season for much of the country is unclear. I called on June 3rd and June 9th and was told that the warehouse was still not moved and it would be July before my hardware would be shipped. In the meantime, I got a notice from Sam's Club that the Member's Mark 5-Burner Propane Gas Grill was back in stock. So the warehouse was functioning well enough to ship new grills but not to support people who had already bought their grill. On the 9th, I also called the general Member's Mark customer support (not the grill specific number) and after providing pictures of several things they requested, they promised they would get the situation resolved. I called the grill customer service on the 18, and was again told the warehouse was not yet moved. I pointed out that Sam's was announcing that this grill was "Back in stock" so the warehouses was shipping those. I requested a manager and was told a manager would call me within 72 hours. I called on the 23rd and was told the warehouse is still not moved and that the request for a manager call was still there even thought I had gotten no call. Today is the 27th of June- 59 days since I ordered my grill. In the meantime, I have had to cancel two barbeques and have been unable to use my new grill that lays in pieces all over my back deck and kitchen table. My Advice- Do Not Buy Member's Mark

The replacement parts and hardware were stored and shipped from a warehouse in Canada. With the recent tariffs put in place, we set up and shipped all our warranty parts to a new warehouse within the USA so valued customers like yourself didn&#39;t have to pay extra tax, or face delays with shipping at the border. With this transfer of parts, there is a delay for initial warehouse set-up. We apologize for the inconvenience, and will get your part to you as soon as the set-up is complete. 5 burner grill

Instructions very unclear. Manual should give illustrated step by step instructions . I am 82 yrs old and have no tech savvy nor do I have a smart phone so assembly was a nighmare and somethings like the ignitor still does not work. Never buy your products again.
