Purchased for my father's birthday. I then assembled it since he'd just had hip replacement surgery. All I can say is to unpack everything before starting. I thought I had and then couldn't find the bolts/screws packet. I found it under the main grill part. Instructions weren't very clear on a couple things like what to do with the wire that will go from the right side sparker to the burner on the left side. The doors were shown to be installed incorrectly as well. You have to put the top in first then push the pins in for the bottom. The instructions has that backwards. Over all it's a great grill. If you can get it assembled, you'll love what you purchased.

I have had a gas BBQ for almost 30 years. This BBQ is on par with the expensive and well-known brands. It is an excellent product and the price is even better. I recommend it and I recommend cleaning it with the OPEN, Grill & Fryer Cleaner product from Member's Mark for better maintenance and durability.

This impulsive purchase has been a wonderful addition to our outside cooking opportunities. The grill is sleek in appearance. The searing feature is terrific to use when we are preparing steaks. The temperature is easier to monitor and maintain. We have been able to use the side burner to prepare sweet corn and other food items. The installation provided an evening of entertainment. One of us read the instructions and handed the next part to the other who turned the screws and wrenches. As an aside, Sam's has a wide selection of drinks for your consideration.

Excellent purchase - very nice propane grill for the money. Resembles a Weber grill in design and has 4 main burners in the 480 square inch cook box with a 5th "Sear Zone" burner between the two right side main burners. It also has a side burner built in the left side fixed shelf for those that use/need that. My favorite features are the porcelain coated cast iron cooking grates for durability, the insulated lid for heat retention, and the large, easy to read temperature gauge. Straightforward assembly that can be done by one person - just much easier with a helper.

The grill is great! The assembly was easy and the screws etc were nicely packaged, The directions were easy to follow. We did refer to the QR code video a couple of times. Definitely a 2 person job to assemble. It took about an hour to assemble. Very impressed with the packaging.

This review is after owning this grill for a year. I noticed that when i light the last burner the flame on all of the others diminish greatly. Fast forward to this season and the issue has just gotten worse. The only time the flames are working correctly is when it's a brand new tank. After the first use I have the same problem. I wouldn't recommend this grill

Missing parts, customer service will not reply with tracking or confirm these will be sent. Will be returning in parts to the store, which is not easy because its several hundred lbs.
