Thank you for leaving a review. It is very common for griddles to expand and contract during heating and cooling, and in some cases with thermal shock the griddle can warp or pop-up temporarily, but will correct itself. This is a temporary issue and more likely to occur in the first couple months of use but will correct itself. You can reduce the impact by only placing room temperature foods on the griddle, never placing food right from the fridge or freezer onto the surface, and also not pouring water on the surface for cleaning.

We're in the middle of putting this together right now and right out of the box there is bent and broken metal. It's taking longer to put this thing together because of the repairs we need to do now. Hopefully this thing cooks well.

Cooks Great, Poor Finishes.

After several months, the control knob's chrome blistered and there's corrosion on the stainless surfaces. It cooks ok, just looks like an old appliance. Disappointing...

Tips for Stainless steel surfaces:• Always use a non-abrasive, non-toxic stainless-steel cleaner designed for outdoor products and BBQs• Always use a micro-fiber cloth to clean in the direction of the stainless-steel grain.• Do not use paper towels as they can scratch the stainless-steel finish.• If you notice a film or leftover residue from your cleaner, rinse thoroughly with water and dry with a micro-fiber cloth. Would not recommend.

Not up to typical Sam's Club standards. Grill has been an issue since we bought it 2 years ago. The griddle does not heat evenly, the knob and front of grill are peeling (even though it is always covered when not being used).

To correct, follow the 'Resetting the Flow Limiting Feature' on page 8 of your user manual. Came broken

Got this home and my husband spend hours assembling it only to find out the auto ignite doesn't work. Have been attempting to contact corporate and the local store for resolution and been getting the run around. Very dissatisfied.

When we opened the box and started putting it together, several places were dented making it extremely difficult to assemble. Looked like the grill had been dropped more than once!
