The item arrived damaged and assembly of it required a large amount of forcing pieces to fit. The quality of the pieces were not resilient. Thank you to the customer service group who have arranged to have it returned.

I purchased this griddle less than a month ago, solid, even heat, easy to put together, quickly seasoned, heavy duty wheels, expect to enjoy the yard with this new addition.

I bought this griddle not to long ago and have used it 3 times. Only one side works now and the other side won’t lite. Now I’m stuck with a 200 dollar griddle that half works!!! Not a happy customer at all

Assembled and used the grill one time. Cleaned and seasoned it after use and put the provided cover on it. Went to use the grill one week later and it was covered in rust. The grill cover provided is not waterproof and it allowed rain to penetrate onto the grill. An absolute waste of money and the time to assemble. Be careful they tell you in order to return it you must load it up and bring it back to the club. I wish I could upload photos to warn people of how defective the cover was and how it ruined the grill.

Bought this last year and used it more than my grill. Easy to put together and easy to use, fun to use also! If you set anything on the side tables be careful, because they will be smoking hot! The cover isn’t any good, moisture leeches through, buy one with a hard cover. I purchased a Blackstone hard cover that fits and works much better than the cover it comes with. This is an ok griddle, but I will be upgrading to the Blackstone.

Easy to put together. I laid everything out and was not rushing so it took about 2-1/2 hours start-to-finish assembly. Seasoned it just like Youtube videos say (I did 5 coatings with plain ol' vegetable oil). Trick is to put on a light coating of oil (I use olive oil) before you put it away after cooking. Dream to cook on. Well worth it in my books. So fun to cook on. Just be warned... It a BIG monster. Longer than any grill I've ever had. So so glad I got it!!!

I was able to purchase this model grill for $149, $100 off. Updated model is selling for $249. Assembly was not an issue except for the weight of the flat top itself. I had to have my daughter help me with that. After seasoning the flat top 6 times, I cooked on it tonight for the first time. The only issue was me. I prepared shrimp fried rice. Everything went as advertised until I went to combine all of the ingredients after keeping them warm. I thought I turned all of the burners off when I got to a "stop" when I turned all of the control vales clockwise. Well, I did not realize that was not the final full stop, that set the burners to high! In order to turn off the burners, you have to push the knob in and continue to turn the knob clockwise. Outcome was that the shrimp fried rice was a little toasty but still very good. My point is make sure you read the instructions completely.

I am surprised at the heavy duty construction of this Griddle, a lot better than I expected. Easy assembly, I did get a few parts in the wrong place and had to move to proper position. I did run into a problem when trying to light the burners after assembly. Gas was on and I could hear and see the lighter spark but on flame. After examining the burner tubes I realized the two center tubes were not positioned correctly over the brass metering jets behind the control valves. I removed the screws at the back of the griddle that held the burner tubes in place and repositioned the tubes properly over the gas metering valves. Problem solved, now they light as intended with center ignition controls. I have seasoned with 10 coats of flack seed oil on all surfaces front and rear of the bare metal top to prevent rust and create no stick cooking surface. I got the surface pretty hot for every layer of the oil treatment and no signs of warping. very impressed with this griddle.

I’ve had this Griddle for about two months and have throughly enjoyed cooking with it. Unfortunately, the two front corners just cannot season properly because that area doesn’t get hot enough. Also unfortunate, there are zero accessories available like a silicone cover to keep the moisture from getting to the cooking surface. None of these detect from the awesome buy.

Bought this for my husband last weekend. It was easy to assemble and he loves it. We've made three meals on it already. I only wish it came with a griddle top, but I can order that separately. We bought it on a one day sale which made the price even better. So worth it! I'm pretty confident we'll get great use out of it, we bought a member's mark grill in 2014 that still works great.
