[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After doing some research, I chose the LG tower to replace a 25 yr old Frigidaire frontload stack. The LG has the features I want, fits in the same space with no alterations needed, and is a top-rated brand for reliability. Also, it's gorgeous! Favorite features: • easy to reach controls (in middle as opposed to top of stack) • drum lights • prewash, extra rinse & steam functions Only minor complaint- the dryer door gasket picks up a bit of lint each load, but it wipes off easily with a damp cloth.

Coming from a simpler machine, my wife was concerned that this LG might be too complicated for her. Instead, she is loving it and the great washing and drying that it does so easily. Really good engineering. We would recommend this LG without reservations.

I went from a very old washer and dryer set so this unit which makes the leap feel even more significant. It’s a great space saver and fantastic for my wife who doesn’t have to get a step stool to reach the controls.

My mom is visually impaired and is able to use this machine which is wonderful! I love the large capacity in such a compact machine! Fits Perrin a small space!

The LG appliance is the perfect thing for me it is quiet it’s efficient and does an extremely good job of cleaning and drying the clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice machine overall but it doesn't seem to clean as well as my previous front loader and the softener doesn't dispense ever unless I add water to it then it's still hit or miss if it dispenses, also can't connect it to my wifi which was part of the reason I purchased, only works on older 2.4ghz wifi not the newer 5, had I known that I may have went with a different brand seeing the smart features are useless to me

I'm very disappointed in my WashTower. On month before the end of its first year the washer had a major failure. The washer started making a loud noise while in the spin cycle. I tried all the online help and the recommendation from LG. The until stopped working al together with a "te" error. That's when I noticed the hole in the wash tub. The Tech that came out said the tub had "slid on the drive shaft". He stated that he had to order parts and it could be several weeks before they can repair the unit. I'm now on my 2nd week of having to go to the laundromat. Needless to say I'm not very satisfied with the WashTower or LG

I bought the new LG ThinQ wash tower and was terribly disappointed in the quality of the machines. The dryer barely worked on any of the settings. I returned the tower to the store where purchased. Happy that I didn't get rid of my older washer and dryer.

Replaced an older Frigerdaire laundry center that was still running. Figured we wouldn’t be getting another service contract sin it was 15 years old.

I didn’t know, I wanted this wash center until I purchased…LOVE IT to say the least! It’s compact, but is the TOTAL experience of a side by side and MODERN…hello CAN YOU SAY TOUCH SCREEN?! I am so happy with this purpose and the warranty that comes with the unit too!
