[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tower controls are in a great position for shorter people however the washer tub is deep making it difficult to get the wet clothes out at times. When the wash is done the door drips water onto the floor. I purchased this tower because I am only 4’10”. I thought having the controls in the middle would be great. I am somewhat disappointed .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this washer dryer for a few months and we are enjoying it's large capacity, excellent performance, and automated features. It has multiple wash cycles and dry cycles and flexibility in changing the automatic water temp, dry temp, etc. I think it really is energy efficient because it gauges each load for size, weight, and amount of dirt and adjusts the wash time accordingly. And it dries everything in half the time of our old dryer! Most important to us, it has large capacity and fits into a small space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally i would not have thought that I like them stacked - But we redid our laundry room just for that particular tower and so I also can have the steamer ;) I love LG my last washer dryer was over 11 years young and still working. The only thing I have to say…the APP needs work. I Simply do NOT like the APP its not easy and it is not what I was hoped for. I thought maybe I can preprogram cycles - no. Just to turn it on remotely and get a Ding on my phone to tell me washer and or dryer are finished…i do not need that really. IMO the APP is useless but that don’t mean the Washer / Dryer is not getting 5 stars because the machines are fabulous! Simple as that. I also hoped the music would have changed or be changeable since its the same tune for a decade now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are moving our laundry center into a closet near our bedrooms and this fit perfectly. Our daughter bought one a year ago and loves it. Only complaints are that the buttons need a lot of pressure to push and that you can’t change the drying temperature if you select “normal” mode. It is locked into “high”. We got around this by selecting a different mode. We love the turbo wash and the steam wrinkle/static reduction. We have not used a dryer sheet since we started using the wash tower. We are very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THE INSTALLATION WENT WELL AND SO FAR IT IS WORKING FINE. THE DRYNESS SENSOR COULD BE A LITTLE MORE ACCURATE BECAME SOME ITEMS REMAINED DAMP. ALSO I WOULD HAVE LIKED A TIMING OPTION ON THE DRYER THAT IS LESS THAN 20 MINUTES MINIMUM THAT EXISTS NOW.

I didn’t know, I wanted this wash center until I purchased…LOVE IT to say the least! It’s compact, but is the TOTAL experience of a side by side and MODERN…hello CAN YOU SAY TOUCH SCREEN?! I am so happy with this purpose and the warranty that comes with the unit too!

Had the wash tower installed several weeks ago, so far love this unit. Great space saving being a stacked unit, both washer and dryer are very quiet and function as expected with all of the various cycles needed for household laundry needs, design is great and looks very high end after the installation. Overall very pleased…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love my washer dryer combo. It fits perfectly in my wash area. It’s quite, but plays a little tune when the load is finished. And it’s WiFi ready and I can start a load from my phone if I’m away from home saving me time. What I like most is that it is an energy saver. I love it!

My new washer dryer tower was delivered a couple of weeks ago and I am very pleased with how it works. I wanted stackable‘s due to the location where they needed to be; however I did not want to have to stand on a footstool to reach the controls for the dryer. The tower combination is so great because all of the controls are right in the middle between the two machines. I also love the sanitizing feature.
