I love the smart features and even the app that lets me select different modes (towels, sportswear, etc.). Saves a lot of water and the best feature is how quiet it is. No more cyclical squeaking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer cleans the clothes better than any HE washer I've ever owned. I've had a S, and it's not even close. The dryer has never taken more than 30 minutes to dry any load of clothes. I use the timed dry setting always. The center control panel is great.

We love the machine. The second one we've bought. Support is great. It has dowloadable cycles but they don't always show up in the App. The ap is good but not very intuitive. I learned recently that the cycles with asterisks by them I have to hold for 3 to 5 seconds to activate them eg the Tub Clean cycle. It has some diagnostic error that doesn't prevent it from working but there is no way to reset it?

My last washer/dryer was 15 years old and it is amazing how technology has changed things for the better. This Wash Tower is so much MORE EFFICIENT than my last washer/dryer. I should have purchased sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I notice that we are limited to what LG thinks are the settings we need to use. I would rather select what I want. Exp normal load is only high heat. Have only had the tower for 1 month but so far not impressed. ⁰

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent features. Space-saving with full-size features. Cleans much better than older washer. Would love a little more control of dryer temps (washer allows more control). a little fussy setting up the Wi-Fi connection to the app, however it is entirely necessary for full functionality.

I bought this and have been happy with it. I like that it pings my phone when the loads are done. With two college kids home for the summer it is nice to remind them since they tend to forget about their laundry. The settings are intuitive. It took me a bit to figure out the custom loads that the machine downloads but I understand now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit because my laundry closet is small and I'm handicapped. By having the controls in the middle made all the difference for me. I can now do my washing and drying very easily for touching a few buttons. I still haven't figured out how to setup the Wifi but im sure that will happen soon.
