[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced 2007 Washer and Dryer. It was has been wonderful. Huge basins and yet smaller area taken up. Easy to use, doors open in same direction. Only issue I have is a nitpicky one- the "play/pause" button which you use to start is not touch sensitive and requires a firm push. Feels sometimes like your are pushing hard against the plastic screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the wash tower in January and installed it in March once our house was built. The wash tower looks great and has great features but something on the drum is hitting the housing when washer is in spin cycle even though the unit is perfectly level and the wash loads are balanced. It’s a ver loud ticking noise coming from within the unit. It’s been impossible to get the unit serviced using the LG app. We are quite frustrated with the lack of service but love the wash tower so we keep trying to get it fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would normally be skeptical to get a combined unit, but this has worked like a charm. It's nice that the dryer remembers the wash cycle you used and tried to match it, but you can easily change it if needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have past experience with stacked front load laundry and this one is very good also with a few minor exceptions. 1. Please add a slow roll at the end of the wash cycle that will dislodge the wet items stuck to the drum walls from a very efficient extraction spin. The laundry must otherwise be pulled free while on hand and knees and wrinkles get set if removal is delayed. A firmware upgrade can accomplish this me thinks. 2. Adding laundry additives such as dry bleach substitutes while using liquid HE detergents has no proper way to be handled. Most say to dump into drum where it falls through with the likelihood of mucking up a pump or other while dissolving. I tried to premix and add to bleach dispenser only to find unused residue mucking up the dispenser. 3. Lastly the unlit indicators could use a little illumination to assist choosing alternate programs or features. Bright ambient room lighting make all but fully illuminated items undecipherable. 4. The dryer Static eliminate feature just spurts water splotches on fabric. Other that that this is a great appliance! Cleaning and fabric handling via cycle sharing between wash & dry is a great feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer is amazing but the dryer burned up after 4 months of use. And no it was not the lint trap. I do like the unit if the dryer didn't have issues it would be a 5 star all the way. Still thinking about getting the same unit to replace this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my unit about a couple of months ago and I love it. I never realized how the regular machines I was using were not washing my clothes. This machine is amazing and does leave my clothes feeling clean and fresh. The only thing I cannot figure out how to connect to the app. Other than that is an amazing piece of equimpment.

The installation area is a hall closet so space is very limited the unit fit beautifully and I am thrilled that I was able to find a full size beautiful newly designed appliance. This is my first LG Appliance and I will definitely checkout LG for future replacement needs.

Love the convenience of the dryer calculating the dry time for the load that was just washed the washer is incredible as to the pre programmed wash cycles and to me the clothes seem to come out cleaner than before I got it. Both washer and dryer are very quiet when operating. We also love the energy saving feature for the dryer when in normal cycle. it air dries for the first part of the cycle then heats to finish the drying process. love all the features. would highly recommend'

I bought this washtower just this month. I am extatic about how easy it is to operate. I downloaded the LGThinQ app and found many cycles to download if I so choose, including a cycle for bleaching towels and light dresses. The machine is so quiet, I literally had to put my ear to the unit to make sure it was working. It was! It was spinning at full speed…almost silently!
