Very functional unit that leaves our clothes clean and dry with the push a few buttons. Added bonus is how quiet both the washer and dryer are! Definitely happy we upgraded!

It's easy to operate and easy to wipe down after the wash cycle. There are many options to choose from depending on what you are washing...so you can wash things the way you like. The spin cycle is a strong one, which means less drying time. The machines are quiet which is a nice bonus. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I told my daughter and son in law needed a new washer and dryer. I told them that they should get this unit. They are now waiting for it to be delivered. It would be 5 stars but I can't connect the unit to the app on my phone. I've tried everything but unplugging it. I live in an apartment by myself and this is not feasible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending 3 years with a heat pump dryer and HOURS of drying time, this machine quickly and cleanly washes and dries multiple loads in no time. Many shirts come out of the dryer without a wrinkle. No more ironing!!!!!

My only complaint is that not all options for wash and dry are on the tower they are only listed in the app. The app is amazing though! I love the notifications about when the cycles are done on my phone!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a first time LG owner we are so happy we purchased the LG washer/dryer. It has been a real treat to do our laundry in an up-to-date machine. Saving $$$ on our water and electric bill too with its high efficiency. We were not going to get the model with steam in the dryer but so glad we did it is a great feature to freshen up stored clothing. It is so quiet and cleans our laundry more effectively than out old unit did!

I am very excited about this new tower washer. It had been more than 15 years since I had a new new washer and dryer. The cycles are easy to choose, quick and spin the clothes almost dry. Having the controls in middle of the front panel is a game changer. Also having a LP conversion made it possible for me to own. Love it!

Being 5’2”, I always wanted to maximize space in our laundry room, but without a stool, I could not reach controls on the top appliance or make sure I had removed everything. The energy savings are amazing. Such an improvement over our 16 year old washer and dryer. My wife thrilled to say the least.
