The tower was placed in my bedroom closet and it fit perfectly upon converting half of the closet for the tower. I love all of the features especially the steam cleaning and sanitizing functions. The app makes doing laundry easier than ever.

It is quiet and efficient and, importantly, it does a great job with the clothes. It is technologically advanced, but not to the point of being difficult to use. So far (3 months) I can say I love it. Cold wash, HE detergent and start, simple.

Very easy to operate, quiet, and fast. Love the speed wash cycle when I want to just wash a few items. Love LG products have a full size at my summer home which has never disappointed me and would definitely consider replacing it with this style Iwhen it quits working. Would definitely purchase again. The controls are easy to use and they cover what is necessary for all types of laundry without being too difficult to use. The washer is excellent and the dryer works well without excessive noise. I like having the notifications for completed cycle on my phone.

It has worked flawlessly since and has been so reliable that we purchased another for our second vacation rental. We tell the guests to leave the washer door open a crack to avoid mildew smells and we get a bit of sand around the dryer seal (beach rental) that we wipe off. No issues with performance in almost 2 years and the controls are easy to use.

I never bought a washer and dryer before. This is the best ever! We love the little song it plays when the laundry is done! It works so well! Push buttons! Digital! No complaints!

From the beginning, the dryer continued to turn off and my laundry was not properly dried. I kept asking for a visit to the technician, but they still have no response except for the email response. I've never seen such a problem with a new item.And their service is really disappointing.

But, more importantly, it is SO versatile: greater choices for all operations: water temps, load size, blah blah AND dryer options. It is quiet and definitely a higher quality than any other brand I've owned. I am so happy to have resisted other 'stackable' - I'd give is 10 stars, if I could!!!
